Facilities are very old. Room smelled of ciggarette smoke. Staff told us there was no pool but when we went to check it did exist and it was open. Very confusing!

Due to the Covid-19 situation the Hilton was closed and we were upgraded to the Conrad. Our room at the Conrad was pretty comfortable. Nice soft bed and a big bathroom with a great shower. The hotel staff were all very helpful. The swimming pool and exercise room were fantastic. We had a very nice stay.

We had booked a room at the Hilton with two full sized beds. The rooms at the Conrad however, only had two small single beds so we moved into a room with a King-size bed as we had our 8 year old son with us. It would have been nicer to have two full sized beds. The room overall was clean, however, there were some areas like near the window sill and under the sofa that could have been cleaned more carefully.

This room was booked for me by my friend Wayne Fong. We were upgraded from the Hilton to the Conrad. We originally booked a room with two full-sized beds. However, the rooms in the Conrad only had rooms with single beds. We ended up booking a suite with a King-size bed and adding two small beds. It turned out to be pretty comfortable for our family of five. We really enjoyed our time at the hotel. The swimming pool was great and the executive lounge was a nice place to relax.

I didn't like that on booking.com it states that the twin rooms in the Conrad could accommodate 3 adults and 3 kids. In actuality, the room would only be able to accommodate 2 adults comfortably as the Conrad's twin rooms only have two single beds not two full-size beds. That information should be corrected to be more accurate.
