Ubicación, junto calles llenas de bares de tapas, muy cerca del puerto por un lado y de las playas de Riazor y del Orzán a 10' a pie. Económico. Muy limpio. Atención señora de recepción muy amable y recomendando lugares a visitar y para comer. Para un par de noches, aceptable. Sólo alojamiento. Está en pleno centro, varias cafeterías cercanas para desayunar.
Instalaciones desgastadas, la mampara del baño está destartalada y costaba de abrir y cerrar bien para que no saliera el agua. Primer piso está la recepción, de 9 a 17h., habitación en 2a planta sin ascensor, pero no son muchas escaleras.

La cercanía a la playa , todo en general , teñimos de todo a lado , tiendas bares etc .
Por ponerle una pega no tiene ascensor pero tampoco fue un problema .

It's close to the beach and shops. Checkout is at 12 but I could leave my backpack there for a few hours.
It's very noisy. I could hear people snoring, and they weren't even sleeping on the same floor as I was!

Very nice and helpful staff. Great location. The room was spacious enough and great thing was the duvet, it was the scandic style not the horrible old Spanish style.
They could fix the surroundings a little bit, I mean none of the inside doors were working 😄 difficult to move the inside balcony door and the shower door just came into my lap because its totally loose. Also the mattress could need some updating.

Great location in the middle of the old town centre close to shops, restaurants and bars. Short walk to the marina and to beaches and many of the main sights. Beds were comfortable.

Sefora from the staff was such a lovely person with us. Location was great and it's definitely good value for money.

The entry system on arrival seems weird and impersonal - talking to someone through an intercom at a distant call centre, I think. But when we did meet stag, they were lovely

Stayed in A Coruna for one night as was starting the Camino ingles from the city ..I choose this hostal as was centrally located..but about 15 minute walk from train station..the lady at reception was very welcoming and suggested a looped walk around the city s coastline and harbour which I followed that evening..some great tapas bar s and restaurants within minutes of the hostal

The location was great, the room was clean and comfortable, and the towels were really nice and fluffy (which is rare at affordable hostels and hotels). Also, the staff was friendly and held onto our bags for a few hours on both our arrival and check-out days, which we greatly appreciated.

Value for a centrally located, inexpensive place to stay. The staff (owners?) were super welcoming and kind, and the room was in order and clean. Nothing fancy but a bed, a hot shower, a few bathroom amenities, a closet, and a desk. It was an interior room (meaning the window faced the inner part of the building).
The room did get quite noisy. Some of the noise was nice, like a guy who was singing and playing the guitar. Some of the noise was not so nice, like the couple having sex. But I never travel without a good set of earplugs, and neither should you!
