Perfect location. Walking distance to everything in Doolin. The Host, Carol was very helpful, gave great recommendations for food and drinks. Room was so comfortable and spotlessly clean. The shower was also nice and powerful.

The room was very clean and nice with a great view. The property was silent in general. Has a good location in Doolin. Everything was good and as expected.
Breakfast service can be added to improve the stay/experience in general but we knew that there was not any breakfast provided before we booked, so it is not an issue.

The location was perfect, central to all the festival's venues. James, the owner, met us upon arrival with a very warm welcome and instructions to call him for any needs or concerns.
Everything was as described, there was nothing not to like.

The room over looking the little river was exceptional! Especially with you're morning coffee and free snacks! Carol is a fantastic host. The whole stay was perfect! The room was cosy, clean, warm and the bed was super comfortable ! Free parking on site, great location too!

The location on the little stream was lovely. The corner room showed it off and provided amazing ambiance. Restaurants and pubs right across the street were wonderful. Very convenient

The location was just excellent. The facilities and the standard of the room were first class. Would definitely be my first choice next time I'm in Doolin

There were some lovely little things such as fresh towels,water and snacks available in the hall at all times.
Not having breakfast available on the site was a huge drawback especially when you had to go to a place before 10.30 am
