The property is located on a lovely stretch of beach. The pool area is lovely. It's a perfect place to relax in the morning with a coffee or watch a beautiful sunset in the evening.

The unit was clean and comfy, but could use refreshing. Not sure when it was last decorated, but it's time...

Nice to be so close to the beach. Great pool area with lounge chairs umbrellas and tables close to our room,which was ground floor,very convenient with our five year old. We appreciated the kitchen which was reasonably equipped for a short stay. Nice to have 2 bathrooms with good hot showers.

We did not like the fact that the bedrooms had no windows. In fact the whole apartment was rather dark. French doors opened onto pool deck but these were the only source of natural light. The lights needed to be on inside and were not pleasant for reading.

15 min walk from centre plaza made for a quiet location. Pool size was good. Helpful friendly staff. overall the property was clean and welcoming. suite 405 had two large bedrooms each with full bathroom. kitchen / cooking facilities were good - had everything we needed. would stay here again for sure. would recommend to anyone able to handle the walk into town.

suite 405 shares a balcony with suite 405A and the elevator access is on the balcony - so we didn’t feel comfortable leaving the door to the balcony open. fortunately there was a second tiny but private balcony we could open up to keep fresh air moving. there is also a make shift staircase beside the suite that is very loud when used - fortunately there was only one floor above us. the location of the tv was awkward for viewing - but it wasn’t a problem as we seldom used. none of these problems were huge, we would stay in this suite again. I wouldn’t stay in suite 405A, however, as it seemed the only access was via the elevator.

Really love this place. Great low-key staff, leave you alone unless you need something. Fantastic location right on the beach. It's nestled in a slice of almost real Mexico - vs. the "cleaned up" Mexico in the tourist areas of Puerto Vallarta. So, for many "gringos", the environment might not be their cup of tea. But one of my reasons for visiting Mexico is to drink in the culture - and you get a good slice here (but not too basic...)

It's a little difficult to find when you first arrive - I wouldn't want to try to drive here "cold" myself - mainly due to construction and one way roads. And being in a "working" Mexican town, you get all of the morning sounds - banging, clanking, jack hammers, power saws - you name it. Doesn't bother me since I'm an early riser, but I could see where night owls might have a problem with the morning noise.

Very clean. Staff was exceptional. Location outstanding.

Overall, great place to stay. Showerhead could be updated and the TV remotes weren't programmed, but who needs TV in beautiful Bucerias.
