Damaged bathroom doors, expected better cleanless and breakfast. Was way too hot in the room. And there were no even bottle of watter in the room.

The personnel was very friendly.
The breakfast was not the best, there was no fruit nor yogurt. Also there were no glasses or cups, they only provided single-use non-recyclable cups, which is very ignorant from an environmental perspective.

If you are just travelling you can spend a night, there is a supermarket and a good Italian restaurant next to the Hotel.
The first 2 rooms we got was not clean, it was totally on that condition, as the previous guest left it.
They forgot to charge my credit card and a couple of days later I got a letter from booking.com, because the Hotel informed them, the ‘Guest left without paying’. So I had to transfer the money and they forgot to say sorry about this issue.

Room clean
Room allocated to me had a cupboard in the wall that generated a lot of noise in the night, I was told it was the heating system apparently , so this blows out of the water the concept of superior German plumbing. Irritating to put it mildly.

It was a surprisingly nice hotel, as we booked totally randomly. REally helpful, friendly staff and the room exceeded our expectations for this price

Comped our breakfast.
No air conditioning or fans. Room felt like a sauna during the day and at night.

The best thing about this place is it’s staff. They are very helpful. I would like to mention specially Julia, who went beyond her normal duties and helped the new guy in town a lot. Thanks for making my stay comfortable. :-)

Room size was good, bath was decent, couldn't work out the TV.
We (myself, girlfriend and 2 years old baby) arrived at 2AM. I booked a room for 2 people after having seen that a crib or extra-bed for baby can be requested at no additional cost, but the clerk insisted that I need to upgrade to a 3 beds room, which raised the bill from 72 EUR to 90 EUR. I was too tired to argue so I paid, but screw that clerk. About the room - beds were waaaaaaay too soft, and there was a bit of a smell in the room. No other complaints.

I really enjoyed the location and the bedroom was amazing to stay in. Breakfast was excellent and the staff were super friendly and helpful!
Having a fan, and a mini-fridge in the room would have made the stay perfect. The weather was very hot and I ended up buying a fan to help cool me down.
