All went well except that after check-in we were not given directions to the room. We tried to use the lift for the wrong wing and a guest directed us to the correct one. I should have remembered the two wing system as I lived in Qatar for 25 years and was a client of the restaurants, particularly Friday brunch. :-))

Coffee somewhat tepid, but this is prevalent in many, many hotels. Presumably something to do with USA legal cases I would guess.

La struttura e la posizione, con un ingresso sbalorditivo e un beach club unico. Ottimo anche l’Astor grill, eccezionale steak House interna.

L’assoluta mancanza di servizi in spiaggia. Abbiamo dovuto attendere un’ora per due diet coke, ma fatto grave e’ che intanto veniva servita la clientela araba! Non ci e’ stata data alcuna delle normali dotazioni, come la beach bag, ma cosa grave e’ che non era possibile nemmeno acquistarla. Pessima la qualità del cibo in spiaggia. Le camere non sono insonorizzate, tanto che se c’è un matrimonio (e l’hotel ne ospita frequentemente) non si dorme. Non ci sono le più basilari dotazioni di bagno, e l’aspetto tecnologico e’ molto carente (niente canali satellitari, la possibilità di vedere canali internazionali e’ affidata al collegamento Chromecast). Non viene servito il cesto di benvenuto o il rinfresco quotidiano. Ma fatto davvero umiliante, al check out sono stato accusato di aver rotto un tavolino in marmo in camera, fatto che stranamente non mi era mai stato segnalato nei giorni precedenti. The st. Regis e’ famoso nel mondo per il servizio di butler, che purtroppo posso dire che a Doha e’ del tutto mancato.

عند قدومي طلبت ان يكون غرفتين بجانب بعض في ادوار عليا موظف الاستقبال ذكر انه لايوجد غرفتين بجانب بعض بأدوار عليا ! وانه إذا رغبت بذلك سيكون كل غرفة في دور !! على الرغم ان معي اطفالي ومعي ابني من ذوي الاحتياجات الخاصه فكيف أكون انا بدور وهم دور آخر !! وذكر الموظف ان الغرف المتلاصقه مفتوحه لابد ان تكون احدهم اغلى سعر لانها اكبر طلبت منه ان يعمل لنا ترقية خصوصا انها زيارتنا الاولى للفندق ورفض ذلك لان حسب كلامه الفندق مزحوم وفترة أعراس وسلمني غرفتين بالطابق الرابع وغير مطله بشكل مباشر على البحر والمسبح رغم ان حجزي كان مطل على الشاطي وغرفتين غير متجاورتين بينهم غرفتين !!! والأدهى من ذلك ان في الليل كان هناك ازعاج ربما حفلة او زواج لاادري وفي الممرات عندما اخرج اشم رائحة دخان ! ( بعض الأوقات )للأسف ان توقعاتي خابت في سانت ريجيس حجزت ليلتين لاني كنت اريد رحله جميلة لي ولأطفالي الحمد لله استمتعنا لكن بشكل اقل

Das St. Regis Hotel ist vom Flughafen Doha aus bequem mit dem Taxi zu erreichen. Es verfügt über alle Annehmlichkeiten, die man sich wünschen kann. Wunderschöne Zimmer, großer Pool, exzellenter Service und einzigartige Restaurants. Wir hatten eine wunderschöne Urlaubswoche und sind sehr dankbar für den herzlichen Empfang und den tollen und hervorragenden Service.

The location, the staff! Everyone was amazing! Mr Gabriel the door man was so pleasant , Rex and Jesyl the butlers were so so amazing! Everyone was GREAT!

La literie était très confortable, le petit déjeuné est de très grande qualité et le personnel est super gentil .

Je n ai pas aimé la salle de bain ( 1 seul vasque au lieu de 2 ) , les toilettes sont petites et il n y a pas de balcon dans la chambre.

Extremelly kind and helpful the staff, breakfast unique and very good options were offered, pool and sea beach side beautifull and guys at beach bar amazing.... It's a super recommended place to stay in Doha!

Der Service war erstklassig. Die Mitarbeiter haben während des Frühstücks jeden Wunsch von den Lippen gelesen und waren stets freundlich. Die Anlage ist wunderschön und die Aussicht aus dem Zimmer ist einzigartig.

Da wir kurz vor Ramadan dort waren, war es etwas störend, dass im Pool-Bereich ständig etwas aufgebaut wurde.

The location obviously! Few minutes from almost every new attraction in Doha The staff was amazingly kind and helpful The restaurants are fantastic!

Lots of issues related to maintenance (HVAC, water). They need to look at that department closely!

The hotel was amazing. The position is perfect to move both north part (the Pearl, Lusail etc) and south part of the city (old port, souq, museums). The beach and the pool are stunning. The service is perfect!

Absolutely exceptional, this hotel will be my go to when I visit Doha. Very professional staff, nice facilities, great pool, one of the best breakfasts I had.
