Great location. Clean hostel with helpful staff. I really liked that the bunk beds had privacy curtains which really improved my sleep and level of comfort. I will definitely stay here again.

The shower handle was a little broken but I could still use it.

Cleanest hostel style hotel in Brisbane. Spotless. Staff always working to keep the standard. Don’t listen to bad reviews. Just stay here. Social hour every day in the bar makes it easy to meet people. Management is excellent. Everyone in good spirits all the time. Great stay. Why pay more to stay anywhere else. It’s right in the city next to a major train station. I’ve stayed in 4 other hostels and none of them compare to it comfort wise. It’s not close. I’ve also stayed in some really nice ones in California and this one beats those too.

Nothing I didn’t like. I can see a couple bad reviews on here that just don’t make sense, aren’t explained or flat out untrue. Here’s a real review for you. Stay here. You won’t be disappointed. It’s a hotel feel for a hostel price. It’s also a major brand so they do their best to keep a standard set across their other properties across the world.

I usually stay at the Meriton across the street cause of the location, so thought I’d give this a try. The room was small but clean and comfortable. There was no kettle or tea/coffee, which should really come with the price you pay.

The absolutely ridiculous “mandatory” download of the Selina app. I don’t want the app. I don’t want to tell you every single thing about my life so you can pass this data on to your affiliates and try make more money out of me. I was overseas on holiday in areas with extremely weak or no wifi and get a message saying I “MUST” check in online and download it to do so. I’ve since deleted the app and wouldn’t stay here again for this reason.

Lovely chill vibe, a breathe of fresh air from party hostels

The beds were uncomfortable, there’s a large locker at the foot end which limited movement in the bed and also they whole bunk bed system (4beds) was extremely rickety so when one person moved all 4 beds shook

The staff were absolutely beautiful, great vibe all round and the adjoining cafe/bar is a gorgeous sanctuary located perfectly for accessibility to transport and Bris hot spots.

The only downfall is it is not accessible for our wheelchair community members.

That the way it was advertised did not really say upfront it was part of backpackers accomodation. The price for bedroom with ensuite was too much for what it was

It was super clean, the staff was friendly, easy to meet people! Also I liked the co-working space.

I liked the co-working space but people can also watch TV. So while working, there were people watching Netflix. I wish they would separate these areas.

Always love it.
