Comfortable room, beautiful building.

No air conditioning, no fridge in the room. Quite noisy from the street.

The rooms were not what I booked. These were in the back building with no view, as stated on the description. The service was absolutely poor! I would like Booking.com to contact me for ensuring a refund on some of bad quality and wrongful descriptions. Very little which was shown on the list if available were available. e.g. pillows, size of bed, view, hairdryer, lights missing, dirty cups, etc. And I ended up having to pay the full rate at the counter since the guy on duty did mot know what to do. I was even informed that it was available and the night duty person had not seen to it.

Breakfast was very good. Location was great.

Parking spaces difficult to get into with our big car.

Breakfast was substandard - all the items that were supposed to be hot were cold especially the coffee from the machine! One of the most appealing things about this place was the sauna, which we were told would open at 7 am. However, it didn't open until 10 so we couldn't use it as we had to depart at 8:30. The restaurant was overpriced for the type of food. There is no AC so the room was hot. Staff was not friendly. The services were limited - food wasn't served after 9:00 and again the sauna hours... This is not a good hotel for savvy, international travelers!

Very nice location, great value for the money. Wonderful breakfast, very good coffee. Nice big room, excellent bed, good parking place.

Good choice of breakfast- both warm and cold. Fresh coffee & teas provided. Modern dining room overlooking the river was a bonus.

Excellent location. The hotel accommodated me with a quiet room facing the back. Very nice breakfast.

The small pillow kept coming out of the pillow case. The shower gel was not refilled in three days.

Room was just fine, very good mattress, clean.

Not suited hang around in the hotel, but the river rhine and a nice park is just a few steps away.

This hotel is in the perfect location for us to see family. We will continue to go there.

No chair for desk work; no waste bin; no cloths hangers; no cup/glass in bathroom; bedside lamp would have been nice, so would a fan this hot weather & perhaps a bottle of water. Disappointing. However breakfast was good and plenty of restaurants near by.

The hotel closed its doors earlier than announced, both on booking.com and their website, therefore I could not make use of the room which I had already paid.

The position of the Hotel is very good, as it is very close to the Castle and offers several possibilities for the free-time. Also the Wiesbaden Industrial Park is only at 5 minutes by car, which is ideal for business.

The absence of a dedicated parking (the Hotel has a limited availability) is a significant negative factor, as it prevents the visitor to organize his time with sufficient flexibility. Despite the delicious position, it's sadly necessary to opt towards other solutions, which do not have this problem.
