- Horrible Check-in experience: It is a big building and you need the apartment number, which we were not told. Uncomfortable and complicated process, plus very unfriendly host - First hotel in Chile that tried to charge us the local tax, be careful with the price they tell you in Pesos - foreigners are exempt from the tax! - AC did not cool, no matter the setting; night stand lamp with broken cable, randomly turned on and off

Location and space was awesome. Also it was pretty clean.

There was no toilet seat cover

The patio was nice. The host responded quickly to our needs. Although we checked in at 4 a.m. my in-laws were given an upgrade apartment when the key wouldn't work to open their apartment's door. When we contacted the host about our shower being broken they came and fixed it the same day. The towels were big and fluffy ànd the pillows were too. The kitchen had what you'd need and the elevators were fast. Central location to shopping, dining and metro. The air and heat worked wonderfully

It was dirty and not maintained. The comforter on our queen bed was a full size and wasn't large enough for two people. The pocket door that divided our bedroom wouldn't shut, didn't budge. The furniture was old and well used and dirty. The walls need a paint job and the curtains desperately need washing, along with the mirror, the dishes and the kitchen cabinets. The plug in by the bed didn't work and the hot water kettle needed to be manually shut off. When the maintenance came during the day to hàng the shower head they left the package garbage on the bathroom floor and didn't correctly hang it so the bathroom floods with water if you try to use it. The toilet paper holder is broken and so is the threshold for the bathroom. The closet walls have huge holes in them and looks rough and abused. Overall the apartment needs maintenance and a thorough cleaning.
