Accueil parfait et chaleureux ! Nous tenons à souligner avons été surclassés et cela a été très appréciable. L’hôtel est très bien situé, avec une vue à couper le souffle ! Nous nous sommes sentis comme à la maison, merci !

La vue. L’emplacement. L’amabilité du couple qui accueille les hôtes. Ils nous ont fourni toutes les informations nécessaires pour passer un magnifique week-end dans les montagnes. Une machine à café nous a aussi été fournie.

숙소 시설은 불편함. - 4인 예약이었는데 침실 1- 더블 베드, 거실 겸 주방 1, 욕실 겸 화장실 1 구조 라서 2명은 거실에 침대쇼파를 사용. >> 화장실 사용이나 주방에서 조리시 거실 침대쇼파 사용자는 불편함. - 층간, 측간 소음이 꽤 있음. - 주방 시설이 아주 불편함. 특히 인덕션 성능이 아주 나쁨. >> 물도 제대로 못끓임.

The personal approach of Vlad, receiving his guests and make them feel at home is really a special experience. We even had luck that he had a great help from Josip, who even made the "feeling home" experience double special (the coffee he made us before going home was the best we ever tasted!). On a great location up mountain with a wonderful view over the lake we could not have a better stay for 3 nights before turning home than our stay in Hotel Sterne.

Actually nothing to complain about except maybe the flies, but you have those everywhere in Switserland up in the mountains close to cows.

Great value for money, beautiful views, and very peaceful. The hosts were super accommodating and really warm and lovely, always happy to help. Would definitely stay again!

First of all, thank you Vlad for preparing an unforgettable birthday surprise for my daughter! You are a kind and helpful person, it was a pleasure talking to you :-) The apartment was exactly as described, very clean with amazin view.

the lighting was a bit dim and the floor creaked which bothered people living below us(they ended up tapping in their ceiling to let us know that they were being disturbed, while we were simply moving between bedroom and the kitchen)

The Hospitality !

The location requires you to travel from the railway station via a bus which only operates every hour. So we had to plan well, otherwise you will loose an hour ! This will be more suitable for someone with a car as the hotel itself is very good !

First, the staff Second the location Vlad was a very helpful person, he welcome me as visiting his own home, he made my stay valuable , and he represented his company in the best way, adhering to the principles of hospitality and tact, which makes me decide to repeat the visit and advise others to visit the hotel. Very nice and helpful staff! Location is near a good bakery for breakfast in the mornings. Very good view of lake and mountains. Also comes with free bus ticket to go to Interlaken (bus stop just outside!)

Heating was not working properly (it was too hot) Beside a church which had bells that rang until quite late at night and in the early morning.

One of the best Hotel I have stayed so far. Both of the host were very helpful and kind. This hotel has the best view of The Alps and the lake and it is breathtaking. If you are looking for a Hotel with great room and excellent service this is the one.

Ana and Vlad are wonderful hosts who see to your every need. The view from the penthouse suite is amazing....wish we could stay longer.

The bus to Interlaken West comes once every hour. You need to time yourself, but we always managed.

apartment has a beautiful view of lake Thun. on Sunny day we can see mount first, jungfrau eiger mönch, lovely place & owner is very kind, we could stay longer 😊

- The host, Vlad is an excellent host. Information we received about apartment, sightseeing suggestions and parking at check in was extremely helpful and well detailed. - We arrived late at night and didn't have stuff for breakfast which Vlad provided to start our first day. Much appreciated. - Free parking across the street. - View from the balcony was amazing. - Requested to turn up the heating after which apartment was really warm for colder nights. - Spacious apartment. Comfortable bed with some really heavy blankets. Baby cot was provided on request. - Laundry was done for baby stuff.

- There was some weird odour in the apartment one could smell on entering. - Bathroom was small not clean and needed maintenance which was all fixed on request. - Apartment needed some maintenance like heating element knobs were all broken. - I booked the apartment reading a lot of super positive reviews, perhaps they were different apartments. So if I ever decide to stay there again, I would not stay in this same apartment. - This is personal. Though we booked the place for the view, it was a hassle to go down to Interlaken everyday for any sightseeing and come back uphill which was a good 20min drive each way.

Vlad is an excellent host, he goes extra mile to make his guests comfortable. He cooked a big pizza for my family, since we went very late and was not able to find any hotels near by.. i don't think any other host will do such help without even asking. The apartment is very spacious and the outside view is excellent. Beatenberg is a beautiful place in Interlaken. I will visit again for sure..

The host Vlad is very helpful person and will always make sure you’re enjoying your stay and give suggestions where to go around. The hotel itself was quite and clean and our room had fabulous view at Thun lake.
