The person in charge of breakfast could not have been more helpful. We needed a gluten-free breakfast and he went above and beyond. We liked the early breakfast starting at 06 30 too.

Convenient location when traveling on the ferry

Very thin walls. We could hear the noises and the conversations of the guests in the room next door. The room is also tiny. The hotel is clearly catering to single night only guests - no observable intention of customer retention.

On arrival we had some food at the main restaurant which was delicious. Beds and room comfortable and quiet Bathroom really good as well

the only thing i would say personally is that a stray cat came into the restaurant bugging people for food and the staff fed it. I only mention this as I found it unhygienic and being allergic to cat didn't appreciate the burning rash on my ankles when it went past

The staff were exceptional. My husband had a very serious motorbike accident, and the staff helped with taxis to and from the hospital and made our stay easier under very trying circumstances it was very much appreciated

My friends bedding was quite stained, but the beds were comfy

Very convinient if you come/ go to the UK. Close to the feryy and the Eurotunnel. Very gentile staff and good accomodation.

Receptionist was very friendly and helpful. Comfy beds, great place to catch the early ferry next day as it is only ten minutes drive to the ferry terminal.

Place is tired looking, room basic, a kettle would be nice. Assumed a three star Hotel would be nicer decorated.

Easy checkin - available food even on a Sunday evening - good breakfast

Free parking and free wifi. The beds and pillows were very comfortable. The location was good The staffs level of English was great.

The room-glass cups in our room when we arrived was dirty, our room didn’t get cleaned properly, they left their cleaning products in our room, they didn’t takeaway the glasses that we had bought back from the bar. No safe the rooms or tea/coffee facilities. The corridor on our way to the room had an awful smell of cigarettes like people had been smoking in their rooms or in the building. Breakfast-didn’t have a lot of options, there was flies on the ham, the coffee wasn’t great, the water gave us both an upset stomach  The general look and feel of the building was very very outdated which the photos don’t accurately show. The staff took over 15 minutes to get some milk for a cup of tea when asked.

Needs updated, wasn't overly clean No lift so had to carry luggage upstairs, Room was beside the stairs that are old tiles, very noisy with people coming in and out early along with the door closing, didn't get to sleep well

All good.

There was no English TV at all and we are used to having this in Ibis hotels.

Breakfast was excellent Rooms were very clean beds were very comfortable customer service was outstanding, very friendly ladies and helpful we were really pleased and will recommend this hotel to friends and colleagues for their future stay in calais.

Room was very small, food was ordinary and very greasy. Duvet was synthetic and very hot, pillows uncomfortable. Shower temperature varied of its own accord.
