The location is great and staff is wonderful!

The only complaint is that other guest come back around 10 pm and are really loud.

Bed was terrible. Hotel was overall very loudly echoing. A lot of noise from other guest in the middle of the night while there is 24/7 reception… why don’t ask hotel guest to be quit?? Also heard a lot of talking and toilet flushes of hotel guest in room one floor up in the middle of the night. Would expect that you cannot hear other guest’ activities…

there is not enough isolation in the room, so you can listen everything comimg from outside

The staff was super helpful and lovely, especially Gabriele and Paola- good location close to the town centre.

For the last three days of our stay they had builders on site, making noise early in the morning which disrupted our sleep- breakfast should be improved- poor choice of fresh fruit, no scrambled eggs or warm options. good cakes and if you like salami, ham and cheese for breakfast you’ll be fine.

Nice cost-benefit ratio. The hotel seemed recently renovated, so the decor is beautiful and modern. Great light design. The bed is extra comfortable, with nice pillows and sheets. I was working from home and the wifi worked great for zoom calls. The staff is very friendly and helpful - Gràcis por la amable recepción, Carlos, el chico italiano y la chica que trabajava por las noches. Muito obrigada!

I booked the room with a terrace only to find out that the terrace "view" is to the internal part of the building, so all I could see was a roof and the other rooms - and the pictures here don't show you that. If you align your expectations about this, you'll be fine.

Carlos on reception is a lovely man. Been going to this hotel on /off for a few years and he always remembers us! This used to be a basic hotel, but now with comes with added spa and gym facilities (though no swimming pool.) Comfortable stay, good price and would recommend to anyone.

The façade of the building looks like they just finished renovating. The size of the room is quite big, especially the a special place where my luggage will be placed, below the clothes rack!

The toilet needs improvement, as you shower in the bath tub, and it is quite uncomfortable. The noises of the people passing by your room can be heard up to wee hours, and very early in the morning. Obviously, the room needs better sound-proofing.

Location was fabulous, close to the old town with lots of great bars and restaurants. Parking right outside the hotel and larger car park 3 mins away (at a small cost)

position, just 2 mins from the town centre and 5/6 mins from via perimetral where you can find all the bus stops to the main beaches and Mahon. Staff was friendly and really helpful ( Gabriele and the girl that we met in the evening). Room was ok, good pressure in the shower. Perfect location if you don’t want to rent a car.

smell in the corridor, Wi-Fi didn’t work properly and so even the tv, we couldn’t use the safe in the room because didn’t work. we found hair on the towels

I probably was given the least comfortable room since I booked only the day before and it was high season. Nevertheless, it felt a bit like a monk's cell.

Clean property with good spaces and good services. Staff was polite and very helpful. I would possibly improve the breakfast offer. All the rest was a great stay.

It was not possible to get a double bed, we get to single instead. Small window in a room, there were no safe as said in the description.
