big property and value for money

I didn’t pay attention while booking. thought this property is at Morelia city center but it was 20 minutes away on highway.. it is moreover a motel.. unfortunately our shower room was leaking so there was water in all bathroom..

cleanliness

they rented the salon to an organization, their events were early in the morning and they were very noisy. Thus, it was impossible to rest in the mornings.

Staff was very accommodating, breakfast quite decent, rooms very quiet & comfortable. Pleasant stay.

Restaurant menu could have included a wider range of food, but since it's not a busy restaurant, that might only cause more waste.

The hotel is well located, it has basic services such as restaurant, room service and pool. The room was clean when we arrived and the staff was very friendly and supportive during our stay. The complementary breakfast was simple but good.

The rooms are noisy, we were located over the main hallway and you could hear a lot of noise during the early morning. Not a good thing if you wanted to wake up late.

The restaurant is excellent and good priced. Staff very kind and professional.

The small toilet and shower. Little queen bed with a thick, hard pillow.

The pool and free breakfast

The beds are too uncomfortable and the people on the next room were making a lot of noise up until 3 or 4 am I rented the room so I could sleep and be able to drive all day next day but they didn't let me sleep
