== Location – is superior! 2 nice restaurants * and small food market just at hotel! Direct access to the boats! 3min to the one of the best at Phuket Naiharn beach with nice shady woods, massage salons, many cafes, etc! 10min by walk to the small old rocky AoSein beach where you can see many small fish swims in the water! :) 10-15min by walk to very rare at Phuket green park - “Ban Nai Han Park” also there is racetrack and sports ground around its lake. 15min by walk to the “Papaya mini-mart” * where you can find classic Russian salads, pancakes, curds, etc which is also very rare at Phuket! (* - but prices are too high.) == Esthetic: Nice sea view, nice waterfall on the road, nice small area around the pool, nice road to the beach, nice lake. All around is really nice. But hotel houses and rooms looks itself is simple. == View from the window and noise around: It’s the real pleasure to see a such beautiful landscape with sea bay each morning! Each hotel room have its own balcony/terrasse with stools and table – make a breakfast or dinner at them is almost no worse than at restaurant. :) Noise around is almost absent, small road can be audible only at closest to the road rooms F1,E1,E2. == Service: Standard cleaning, room was clean. The hotel manager at the reception is a little tricky. == Additions: Nothing. Pool is small and does not offer nothing better than nearest beach.

== Quality: A little hill. Rooms are very very differ! G1-G4 at the furthest house almost without direct sea view; G2-G3 is extremely poor and small, very very stuffy, with bath&toilet just about 2m2 – they looks more like hostel; G1&G4 have side windows and a little bigger, but still worse than others. Side house rooms F1/E1-E4 is a little bigger with bigger terrasse and better view, but rooms F1&E1-E2 is closest to the road thus some cars and bikes can be more audible and annoying. Central houses with rooms A-B and C-D where x1 and x2 is the floor number (like A1, B2, etc) – are bigger, have better view, better toilet, better beds, etc. In terms of silence – unfortunately soundproofing between rooms is poor, while you will not hear talks, you still hear very distinctly all hard-sounds of your neighbour like chair movement, falling objects, sex, etc. Who need more silence or/and best view better to take rooms: A2,B2,C2,D2 or located a little aside bungalow H1. Because safe is absent and whole hotel terror is easily accessible from the road and most doors&windows locks are broken - security is completely absent. Bed mattress was awfully uncomfortable at room G3 but very pleasant at room D1. Also D1 have very nice sofa, when similar room C1 not. :\ Towels and linen were clean. Conditioners work medium. Refrigerator and shower work well. Water pressure was good. WiFi is medium. Small ants at bathroom. (You can see video on my youtube channel by nick name.) == Overall: Advantages: Very nice placement! Very beautiful sea view! Very nice restaurants with sea view! But you must be very careful with rooms choosing: the most comfortable rooms is: A-B-C-D 1/2, E3-E4, bungalow H1. Because at check-in hotel manager gives me the worse room G3 – overall rating is lowered according to the level of this room. With good rooms this hotel deserves 8-9 stars. But anyway, a such “hotel on the road” really lacks a big safes and better locks.

The hotel itself is simple but in a lovely location and the rooms are comfortable and clean. You can see the sea from the rooms and, my room at least, had a nice shower, effective AC and a large fridge/freezer. The staff were friendly and helpful and all this for a fraction of the price of the other nearby hotels. I'd come here again.

Location was magnificent with a perfect view of the sunset. Staff were lovely and helpful. I asked for a little desk as I needed to work which I received very quickly. Had a problem with the internet which was also sorted . Great little shop right opposite the rooms and a restaurant with lovely staff and prices not bad.

Can't really say anything negative. It was great value for money so as long as you are not expecting luxury- it is clean, basic and well run.
