Contact less check in went smooth.
Heater and heating blanket worked perfect.
Close to town and walking paths. Quiet.

The apartment is dated and in need of a face lift, whilst the furnishings and facilities are AOK, they are dated. The entire apartment need a thorough clean from top to bottom, particularly a very good vacuum, wipe and steam clean of floors. The shower water pressure is pathetic and the entire shower needs replacing, it is leaking in many places as the tile surface has been compromised by grout, sealant and tile adhesion failure, resulting in rot in at least two visible locations, just a good clean and fixing the shower would make a lot of difference. Air con unit needs the flap fixed.

The room was very clean and spacious,bed really comfortable and the BBQ set up indoors looked really well set up not that we used it. Location was excellent.

We were arriving after office hours - a bit later than we thought so the staff rang to check our arrival time and let us know what to do in order to access our apartment

The place could have been cleaner, more attention on cleanliness of the floors especially in the bathroom and behind the doors and window frames.
Some of the kitchen pots and pans were not very clean.

Fresh nice motel . Our unit was one of a group of 3 . New toaster appreciated. Huge tv with Netflix etc. Staff at reception with a smile.
No under cover for car . Towels need replacing with white cotton as grey soft ones didn’t dry and not so fresh looking as white found in usual motels. Table and chairs bit squeezed in. But good value for GENIUS members .

There was a note on the single bed that there would be an extra $20 charge if it was used, even though I booked a twin room. The pool closed at 4.30 pm. Daily service doesn’t include making the beds.

an apartment from the motel rooms
was the size of the room. I supposed I imagined more Kitchenette facilities and some outdoor relaxation space.

The heated pool
That the pool closed at 4.30pm and the office closed at 5pm. Was surprised the rooms were not serviced, only the rubbish was taken away, thought I would as booking a motel.

hospitable and friendly service. great location, clean and comfortable for the family. the indoor pool was fantastic, clean, warm and perfect when the weather is windy and rainy outside.

Great location, modern rooms with fridge, kettle & toaster. Shared kitchen, washing machine & clothes line were helpful. Walking distance to restaurants.
2-bed room came with a $20 per bed, per night surcharge for each of the single beds. This was not transparent enough at the time of booking. We have stayed at 8 locations this trip & no-one else has ‘hidden costs’ for families of 4. I felt this was dishonest.
