Clean, extremely nice staff. The lady in reception advised us on which ski station to go to..as there were 3. T his saved us a lot of time.

I booked a (very) last minute trip to Roccaraso. I was separated from my friends who were staying at a different hotel that unfortunately did not have space for me. Booking Hotel Iris was the best choice I made. The staff there knew I was alone and went to great lengths to make sure I didn’t feel alone. They checked on me daily, helped me find a place for my ski rentals and always asked how my day was once I returned back to the hotel in the evening. I was smartworking and they even checked in with me to see if the wifi was strong enough for me to work efficiently. Frustrated to find the shuttle from Roccaraso to Pizzalto, they even made driving arrangements for me to get to and from the slopes daily and even went out of their way to do so. I cannot comment on their lunch or dinner but breakfast options were plentiful and abundant, the staff greeted me immediately in the morning. Thank you again for a wonderful experience.

We loved this beautiful art deco hotel; very central; large family room, very clean. Breakfast was very good.
