Large room, good shower, close to the beach

From the moment we opened our door, we knew it would be a great holiday, the cleanliness of the apartment, the amenities were fantastic , and what could I say about the view, it exceeded all expectations, WOW !!!. I would like to thank all the staff, Reception, Room cleaners, (lovely ladies)and maintenance guys,Thank you for looking after my wife and I on our stay

Location and view great.

Noisy road . Room next door adjoining our entrance noisy every time they entered and left. Having to close door to get to vanity, shower door not closing fully.

Location, modern unit, undercover parking. Quiet didnt hear traffic or outside noise.

Only 1 lift for the East wing, had to wait awhile at times

Great location, good sized room and bathroom, comfy bed, free wifi, quiet.

1. Very bright street lights outside the room are on all night but their are no curtains and the blinds are poorly installed with a large gap that means you cannot block the light. Very difficult to sleep with a spotlight on your face ! 2. The toilet was not properly cleaned and had faeces on the outside of the bowl. I sent a photo by email to the reception desk.

Room, location, view and staff. Ease of getting gear from the car to the room.

Would have preferred a balcony without louvres disrupting the beautiful view.

No micro wave oven

A pleasant room. The traffic noise outside was worse than I expected but when we closed the door to the balcony the room was quiet.

We had to remind the staff to bring us some bowls and spoons for our breakfast, which they did very pleasantly after a delay. Also the fridge was set to freeze rather than cool our milk. It was frozen by the next morning.

Good location. Neat, clean and tidy with undercover parking.

I would have rated this location as being excellent if it were not for the fact that I had to make four phone calls to get a tax invoice after my stay. The hotel stated that I needed to speak to Mantra Head Office and then provided me with the Mantra Reservations Number. I rang Reservations twice and they forwarded my call to another department. The other department was not even sure they could provide an invoice and had to check with their manager and so on and so on.

Great facilities and Staff.

The location the staff were friendly & helpful. The room was clean & very roomy. With a fantastic shower.

It was difficult being in the 2 bedroom courtyard building not having a lift, I understand it’s not high but we stayed for 4 nights an had a lot of heavy bags & if your not very strong it’s hard to get things up the stairs.

Absolutely loved the comfort of the room, service and view from the balcony.

Room was very tidy. Good view. Bed super comfy. Good water pressure in shower. Reception staff were friendly.

The sauna and the pool where good. The beds are a good comfy fit. The view is ok

The shared entrance in the rooms is completely stupid. You need to be open and honest about this when people book. It is incredebily uncomfortable when you open your door and there is an unknown person waiting in the hallway

Air-conditioner dripped water all night. Not too impressed with the nescafe blend 43 coffee. At least there was a Cafe downstairs.
