Hôtel très bien situé dans le village, au calme. Nous avions une terrasse avec deux transats. Petit déjeuner très copieux. Personnel très sympathique et très accueillant. Chambre spacieuse. Il est rare de trouver un hôtel aussi agréable.

The staff were friendly and the rooms were great. Had working air conditioning and ample space for luggage/ walking around. They were incredibly accommodating and even put the effort to ensure we had breakfast for our 4am check out time. 10/10, would definitely recommend.

Pillow was a bit too thin for my liking (but this likely would be fine for others). Otherwise, all was great and it’s hard to pick something I did not like.

La posizione dell'albergo è invidiabile, a due passi dall'imbarco e in pieno centro storico di Monterosso. Le camere sono nuove, di buone dimensioni, ristrutturate da poco e molto pulite. Anche gli arredi nuovi con linee molto semplici e pulite. I ragazzi dello staff, accoglienza e sala colazione, molto gentili. Nonostante quando siamo arrivati la camera non fosse ancora pronta si sono prodigati e nell'attesa ci hanno offerto un buon caffè.

Occorre dire che l'albergo non è economico come lo sono, in generale, le 5 terre. Per quanto pagato, al banco colazione, mi sarei aspettato prodotti di maggiore qualità e del territorio.

Good location a bit away from the crowds but still very walkable. We had a car and the parking garage is one block away, very convenient. Only about 200 meters to bring your bags from the beginning of the pedestrian only section. Convenient to everything in the old town section, but only 10 minutes to the train station. Lots of cafes and coffee close by. Rooms were big, linens were fresh and the bed was comfortable. The hotel is clean and modern, completely updated. The included breakfast was excellent and the small bar and lobby worked great for a drink before and after dinner. The staff is very friendly and accommodating. I found nothing to dislike about the hotel and left with a smile. I would definitely stay here again.

Not the properties fault but walls are very thin and other guests are very disrespectful so expect to be woken up at all hours of the night

Great location, favourite town of the five in cinque Terre, recommended by my mum who came 8 years ago and would definitely recommend to anyone else coming!
