Location is very central only 3 minutes walk to The Vatican, short walking distance to Metro Ottaviano, lots of shops and supermarkets around including speciality fast food ie Jollibee. St Peter’s Inn staffs were very accommodating and sorted bath drain I reported. Its very clean, the furnitures were vintage and sturdy, the curtain and bed spread were feel-like royalties, bed is super comfortable and the aircon was working perfectly well.

All of the staff in Novecentotredici- the BnB partner breakfast coffee shop were very unwelcoming. They made me felt I was not entitled to breakfast even though I presented St Peter Inn’s breakfast card. I only used 3 of the cards out of 6 I was meant to use. The main door code was hard to use that I ended up opening the door for other guests. Also, the mini fridge wasn’t working.

- I would not call cappuccino and croissant as a breakfast, but we can understand, that not every place can offer scrumbled eggs, bacon and sausage for breakfast.

The Location is a stone throw from the Vatican. Some rooms are comfortable others not.

The air con was underpowered. Thr room hot. The location on an exceptionally touristed street with rubbish strewn everywhere. The Inn is in fact an ex apartment with each room converted into a unit. No plastic or other cups in room. No soap in bathroom for sink. Fridges did not work in rooms. Therefore a large fridge was placed in narrow corridor for communal use. Also a kitchen which was filthy Both in kitchen and fridge old items of food left likely by previous guests to accumulate. Old linen left by cleaner in communal corridor. Whole experience managed by a person trying to help and be helpful by what's app. Never meet a human! Was persuaded to book this place by an 8.8 rating that l strongly disagree with. Try a youth hostel instead.

The location of the apartments is just great. We walked all the planned sights with three children. And we returned back by metro, which is very close to the apartment.

We lived in an apartment for four. But for some reason there was only one bath towel in the room. I pointed out this defect to the host, wrote a message that we only had one bath towel and nothing ... No reaction! We lived 2 nights in the apartment and the host did not correct his mistake.....

Except for the fact that it was near the Vatican which we had planned to visit, I can’t think of anything that I liked about this place.

The room was not clean and the bathroom wasn’t clean either. The showerhead was completely full of mildew it was disgusting. I had to go to a nearby grocery store and buy some cleaning supplies in order for us to shower. I sent messages to management but they took very long to respond and didn’t answer until the next day. The toilet seat was broken which made it very difficult to use as you can imagine. I mentioned this to management and they did nothing. After the experience with the dirty bathroom the cleaning lady came by and said she would clean the room but never did. I had to complain multiple times in order to get the room clean. The room says it has AC but it doesn’t work it was a sauna in our room. regarding the breakfast they don’t tell you that you only get to have one drink and one pastry. if you want another coffee, you have to pay for it. I would never recommend this place to anyone and I will definitely never go back. Horrible!

Excellent location near St.Peter Basilica, ie. walking distance to everywhere. Great Italian breakfast in the bar nearby. The room is on the 3rd floor, accurate for 4 persons, comfy beds and standard equipment. Check in fully automatic, supported by our arranged taxi driver. Nice host, greeted us with small presents :)

Excellent location, especially if you plan to visit the Vatican.
