Great location, in the best part of Split. You can go everywhere within a few minutes walk. Also they were really kind and guided us to know the city. They also taked good care of our staff once we made the check out.

Had an amazing stay - the location is perfect - extremely close to everything. Despite being in the touristy area of the city and my room facing the street, the rooms are very well isolated and I could not hear any noise from the people/cars outside. The rooms are well decorated, modern and have a perfectly functioning AC (which seems to be quite rare these days). There is also no 'stingy' policy, or cutting corners on providing a great experience. In addition, the staff was extremely friendly, welcoming, helpful and responsive. Prior to my stay I had to book the taxi ride through Priuli (which I highly recommend) as I was flying in very late. Was received by someone on reception that explained everything in the room in detail and gave great tips of what to do and where to go in town. At the end of my stay I could leave my bags at reception after checkout as I did some more city walking prior to leaving Split. Would absolutely stay there again.

Breakfast is expensive and outside the location. Do not include breakfast in your reservation. The room is without a view at all. The pics from the surroundings do not match the location

Our recent stay at the Priuli Luxury Rooms was a delight. Situated in the immediate vicinity of the city center, this modern, clean and comfortable accommodation provided the perfect base for exploring all that the beautiful Split has to offer. Upon arrival, we were warmly greeted by the host, whose hospitality exceeded our expectations. They took the time to share their extensive knowledge of the area regarding best eateries, places to see, and things to do. We recommend you visit the fortress of Kliss, which is easy to reach by bus. Simply walk from the apartment to the nearest (larger) bus point and take bus number 22 until the final stop: Kliss fortress. The views there are breathtaking and the cute little restaurant right in front of the bus stop has great food. And if you are into Game of Thrones, you're in for a little treat! Next time we're in Split, we'll stay here again for sure!

Very fresh and conveniently located but what really makes a difference is the wonderful staff. Always available, very helpful and genuinely nice.

Excellent !! The place and room are extra clean and the beds were super comfy. The hosts are kind and they have extra details that made our stay so lovely like surprise snacks and a boiler in the room. If I ever come back to Split I would stay here again

It’s nothing really but it would be great to have a taller shower head holder, It was not a problem for us just a recommendation

The meet and greet was an extra unexpected service and provided a great orientation. It encouraged me to explore areas I hadn't seen before - like the beaches around the point from the ferries. Just beautiful

Some traffic noise - but this is to be expected for a room in a busy city.
