The location!

The rooms are too small for families, the elevators are very crowded and the breakfast area is most of the times full.

Never been asked what time to have your breakfast because the eating area is small , plus not good for honeymooners, lots of kids around

The staff was friendly, breakfast was a good selection, beds were comfy, the location was OK for being a bit outside of the main town, but then the lidos, access to free transport around town, made it all good.

Great hotel at a great location with very friendly staff

The room offered a comfortable and pristine environment for our stay. We particularly appreciated the convenience of the on-site underground parking. The breakfast provided was a highlight, boasting a diverse selection of delectable items that added a delightful start to our day.

Our stay at this upscale hotel was marred by a couple of interactions that felt rushed and less than respectful. I found it disconcerting to receive a call 10 minutes before checkout time, reminding me of the impending noon deadline. The unnecessary pressure was off-putting. Similarly, we found ourselves being asked to vacate the breakfast table because we had slightly exceeded the designated breakfast time. I do understand the need for timely turnover, but I would have appreciated a more considerate and diplomatic approach from the staff. It's crucial, especially in a hotel of this stature, that guests are treated with utmost respect and their comfort prioritized.

The room and bathroom

Breakfast was not as good as reviews suggested. The additional menu that is charged for fried eggs for instance is really disappointing.

Lugano city center

booked a room for our family, indicated that we needed a crib for a child <1, as a result there was a sofa for an adult child, then they brought the one that was needed, dirty and after that there was almost no room left, for an adult child the bed could not be removed from the room If you want, I'm attaching a photo. they are also trying to cheat about the cost of the room, booked at one cost, and announced another, but we figured out this issue.

all good except the AC need to be cooler

AC is weak, also the staff told me that i can park in front of the hotel to unload my bags then, i got a parking ticket!

Breakfast was excellent. The room was comfortable. Staff were excellent. Great position - busses were easy to catch, but not that regular - often quicker to walk from town.

The bath was visible from the bedroom. Great for single or close couple!

The car parking price was too much expensive.

It was a good hotel for the given price.

The cleanliness can be improved. A lot of dust everywhere.

I like the modern bathroom in the room. The bedsheets were super pleasant as the room itself. I liked the breakfast and pool which was heated. I truly enjoyed our stay there with the family. They had some board games that my girls loved and the location to hike Monte San Salvatore is great.

honestly ... maybe only the extra parking fee of 22 CHF.

Parking management (ticket validation, etc), capacity of tables for breakfast.

The location and the swimming pool.

There was a long queue for breakfast the first day, so we had to wait more than 30min to get a table.

- Shower glass was not entirely covered, making it slightly awkward when taking a shower. - Bathroom door is more like a wardrobe door and is not noise / sight proof. - Was missing a few, small complimentary items for the price
