Country Inn & Suites by Radisson in Candolim is an excellent hotel choice. Despite not having extravagant amenities, it offers great value for money. The staff is exceptionally helpful. When we arrived, we asked for an early check-in, and they efficiently arranged it by 10:30 AM without any extra charges. I would certainly recommend this hotel to a friend.

The hotel staff are excellent in keeping the property clean and ensuring guests are well catered for. We received extra towels as requested and reception staff helped us with anniversary gifts and trips for sightseeing- nothing was too much trouble. Comfortable large bed and pillows to suit different preferences so quiet comfortable sleep is achievable. Lovely room just a little dated, the showers is hot with good water pressure and well designed with a foot wash tap, hair dryer provided. Good array of toiletries provided including shave set and toothbrush/toothpaste. Free daily large water and kettle with tea/ coffee provided as would be expected in a Radisson

The staff are constantly painting cleaning the property inside and out to ensure the interior and gardens are maintained, however the hotel is old with many fixtures tired and in a state or disrepair, around the pool this is especially noticeable as tiles are missing and step and railings broken, this really could be a safety issue in addition the pool was sandy and water cloudy I think the filter was not properly working. The hotel is not to the modern standards expected of the Radisson name. It is designed as old fashioned however that does not mean that the fixtures should be old and outdated. I stress this is not a reflection of the staff in location as they all did their utmost to ensure we had a clean room and good stay, this is an issue with the Radisson group management and quality assurance of their brand.

Property looked nice externally. Location is decently close to the beach.

Absolute lack of maintenance and cleanliness. The rooms stink, the fabrics stink even more. Dirty curtains with stains. Rooms filled with cobwebs. Dirty water smell all around.

Room facilities are at par, staff is good , breakfast is good

There was a stingy smell in the room balcony . At the ground floor just beneath our room balcony there is black water spread all over , which management should take into consideration.

The gym has a mould problem and all the equipment is either rusted or broken. One day I was there, there was an insanely loud pool party with VERY loud music blaring from 9:30am. Not cool. The location is a terrible part of Goa. Every morning at breakfast the staff come and ask you to review the hotel, even when you're halfway through a mouthful of food, just trying to have some peace. It is not professional.

The tiles are broken in the swimming pool and is very dangerous as it may cause serious injuries. Also, pool water was not clean to a standard level. Food was good but the service was very slow
