Location

The customer service was far from perfect. Every time I went there the ladies were grumpy, not even trying to smile. The last time I went I tried to chat to them and made extra effort to be nice. I forgot to buy toilet paper in the shop but I thought no problem they have it coz they clean the rooms after guests so surely getting 1 roll won’t be a problem. But it was🤦‍♀️😂 coz buying toilet paper is in ‘customers range’ as I was told. Beds were ok, though my husband wasn’t very comfortable on the couch. The blinds in the bedroom side of the living room wasn’t working which turned out to be a problem because the sun was setting very late so it was a nightmare trying to make the kids go to sleep. But when I mentioned the broken blind to the lady in the office I was told ‘yes, the break. That’s why we didn’t put them on the inventory list.” So they knew it was broken but didn’t bother fixing it🤦‍♀️ and When asked if i should mention in on my review she pretty much told me “do what you won’t. Most apartment owners don’t bother reading the reviews!😂🤦‍♀️ ah yeah, there was an inventory list with everything in the apartment listed. Lists like these freak me out. Am I supposed to check if all the cutlery, bowls and cups are there as listed? Considering that Im not familiar with many of the kitchen utensils / home items names.. . So then we found ourselves wasting time with my husband checking if everything was there and reporting all the problems to the office (the owners most likely wont care though!) As we were worried we will get charged for it ( deposit of 500 zloty was blocked on our card) . What a waste of time! Apart from that apartment was equipped ok, and near shops. I doubt we will use “sun&snow” ever again. Ona side note: Ustka town was niceish but there was dog poop everywhere as the owners don’t have the habit of collecting it after their pets and there are no free public toilets 🤦‍♀️

Nice place, close to beach, close to port.

The apartments are situated in a quiet place next to the hotel Lubicz, they are protected from unauthorized access by a fence. Some of the buildings have an underground garage, some don't. We could park our car in the parking lot inside the fenced area.

Despite mentioning the city tax as one of the items included in the reservation from booking.com we had to pay 4 PLZ per person/night when checking in. Otherwise, we would have to pay 20 PLZ per day as a parking fee which was also referenced in our reservation as another included item. I was told that either way parking or city tax has to be paid. The photos make an impression that the apartment with 33m2 is bigger. I had to call several times before our arrival to get information on where to pick up the keys due to our late arrival. There were big traffic jams on the road around Gdynia. Then also the last 30 km from Slupsk to Ustka took a bit longer (45 min) as the road is being repaired.

It was 10-15 min walk to the city and beach. It was very close to the grocery store.

The faucet from the sink (it was moving while the water was running) - we reported that but none came to fix it. There were only 4 pieces of dishes (4 cups, 4 glasses, 4 plates etc) and there were only 3 dishwashing tablets for 8 night stay, so we had to but the whole pack of dishwashing tablets. There was no washing powder or tablets for the washing machine.

Location was amazing, as well as the space!

The Neighbor was not pleasant and threatened us numerous times.
