The location was fantastic, 13 mins walk to Hastings St, on the waterfront and with delicious restaurants just next door! Wonderful facilities, especially the heated swimming pool! It is a great place to be able to truly relax with amazing views!

Minor, minor thing the bed was very, very soft (but this is probably just my preference of a firm mattress). But overall, it's the best holiday destination I've been to in a long time!

Always our Winter getaway, perfect peaceful space to winde down, relax, swim and enjoy the view. Location is wonderful, away from hustle but still close to all you need shops, boats, cafes etc

Nice outlook with very pleasant views. Up to date TV, comfy bed and plenty of room. Close to town and service centre -well within walking distance if we wanted or very close to drive and park if raining.

Location, amazing views

No lock to showroom, door to shower loose on hinges. Needed to remind family members when someone using showroom as no lock inside, really embarrassing. separate toilet with no hand basin. Food caught in between sofa pockets. Wardroom in bedroom all mouldy, could do with new wardrobes.

Air con needs to be in bedrooms as location of the only air con was in main living area and it took a long time to get rooms cool enough to sleep

there was a lamp broken extensive water damage to the wardrobe of one bedroom and it hadn’t been replaced and the table and coffee table were very dirty.

The view was as advertised. Lovely view of the river with pool.

Cooker was not cleaned from previous occupier. Grease and foil still there. But that was all. Probably a genuine mistake.

The view was lovely and the stay was restful. The location was close to a restaurant and shop for last minute items or bookings, which meant not too far to travel. The walk to Hastings Street was about 20mins. The pool was nice but overcast and rainy weather meant the times we had to use it were limited.

The kitchen could have been cleaner and mentioned this on check-out. Dishwasher, cooker, fridge and dishes generally were fine but felt they were short of mugs for a 2 bedroom apartment.

We love Noosa, have traveled here numerous times, and this place would provably be one of the best if not the best we stayed at. Close walking distance to both Hastings Street and Gympie Terrace. Great water view from apartment, Clean and well looked after pool overlooking the water. Comfy beds. Unit even had few little kids activities(puzzles and games). Definitely will stay here again.

Beds were OK- the double bed was a small bed for the main bedroom. The bathroom door where the shower was had no working lock. This was really surprising for such an apartment. There were no fans in the shower or separate toilet. The inbuilt cupboard needed repair (this was the one in second bedroom)- the ceiling part in the cupboard appeared rotten and had fallen down. Shutter blinds did not fully block out the morning light. Otherwise we had a great stay but it seemed quite expensive for such an apartment that had the issues that I have highlighted. It was supposedly an apartment that had been upgraded, yet this did not seem to be the case. I had asked the receptionist if we could hire the kayaks on day 2 of our stay and she never contacted be back despite my asking twice. Kitchen well stocked, except the fry pans were not 100% clean and the larger one basically needs to be replaced- i doubt anyone would ever cook using it, so we only used the smaller ones.

The view from our balcony was amazing! Waking up to Noosa River and a gorgeous pool was wonderful. You don’t see that everyday, it definitely made the holiday feel special.

The resort manager we dealt with was curt on several occasions which spoilt our experience, particularly at the end. If we asked a simple question she was reluctant to answer, particularly if it was covered in an email previously sent. It seemed that if you hadn’t memorised all the information sent you weren’t a customer she wanted to deal with! We also in situation at the end of our stay, outside of our control, where our airport transfer shuttle changed pick up time the night before and we were required to check out earlier, outside of normal hours. We had planned to drop our hire equipment at reception for pick up but unfortunately our new shuttle pick up time was outside of reception hours so we weren’t able to leave our hire items there. I contacted the resort manager straight away as well as the hire company. It was outside of hours the night before so I didn’t expect a fast response. However, the hire company responded and advised us to leave the items in our room and they would collect- this is normal and has happened at every place we’ve stayed out. However Noosa Shores Resort doesn’t allow this because it’s an inconvenience to move the equipment when they are preparing rooms for the next guest. I did everything I could, I even asked the hire company to collect the night before. I explained that the resort manager didn’t want the items in the room to interfere with cleaning, I got them to confirm they would collect at 10am that morning (usual check out time) so as not to inconvenience the staff. When the resort manager finally saw my emails, she responded at 10:07am that this was not what she asked and would remove the equipment from the room and leave it outside. I thought that was really rude. We had no other choice and it wasn’t right to leave the equipment unattended. The hire company confirmed that they did collect their items so I’m perplexed to understand why this resort manager made the choice to make us feel bad, totally unnecessary.

Good sized apartment, great view, good location.

The parking was terrible my vehicle didn’t fit in the carpark so had to find parking on the street. Washing machine and dryer was a nightmare couldn’t get it to work properly and had no luck getting any help. Reception was impossible to get a hold of and didn’t get back to me when I left a message. Also had a cockroach in the apartment.

A fantastic location - very peaceful and private. We loved watching all the action on the Noosa River from our spacious balcony. The managers were very helpful, the pool refreshing and big enough for anyone to enjoy. Most of all, being able to jump on the ferry just outside the door to head to Hastings Street or river to Tewantin.

Advised Tri weekend was when we arrived. Although there were many issues ALL STAFF assisted, excellent response to issues out of their hands.
