No yea towel was provided for wiping dishes. Only one chair in room for two people. Killed cockroach in room.

my disappointment was the original understanding of the booking. I understood bathroom and toilet were with in the accommodation and this was not the case.

Nice location, short walk to the beach. Central for most attractions, Cabin was nice, good facilities.

I booked a two bedroom cabin and when I arrived I was told that I had booked a studio cabin, with no bathroom. There is no way that I would book that, as my male cousin and I needed separate bedrooms, and certainly would not share bathroom facilities with others. I had to pay an extra $240 to get the cabin that I was positive I booked and paid for....there must be some glitch in this site's booking system....not happy

lots to do for families, great facilities, right next to the beach, friendly management.

staff were nice.

the glamping tent was dirty and mouldy. I had an asthma bout. told them and they moved us to another unit, but paid for it, they did offer a $15 discount. I would not put chickens in the tent. pics looked great, but must have been 10yrs ago. terrible. the unit I paid to upgrade to was nice.

No toilet in my cabin

It is child friendly. The pool and jumping pillow kept the children entertained. Nice to get a walk around the beach.

The toilet seat in our cabin is too small for the toilet. It was so odd to sit on.

Everything was great except for the weird smell in the room.

Location was good, the beach was only 5 minute walk, bbq equipment and amenities very clean, playground was near rooms so children could be watched at all times

Main bed in the room was comfortable, bunks ok for small children but not so good for an adult, mattress was very worn, main bed was on castors so moved constantly

Location was nice, jumping pillow was great and double shower was nice

We felt it needed a good clean, cups and utensils needed replacing with a chipped cup, frying pan handle loose and nearly falling off, blunt knives, no tongs, BBQ tray missing and bbq area dirty, mould on blinds and windows. Queen bed was very uncomfortable, bins needed replacing with lids not staying closed, bedside light in bedroom was shorting out, power point in kitchen was not even attached to the wall. Ceiling fans and aircon unit on wall needed a clean. Glass Sliding front door needs new rollers and was very difficult to move and lock.

I’m a big scaredy-cat and I should have checked prior to booking as I booked a shak with no bathroom so my husband had to walk me back and forth! 🤪 it was a bit confusing finding recept

Fantastic place to stay

friendly staff, lots to do with kids.

pool next to us was closed, had to walk across the road to go to the pool even though we booked our cabin because it was near the pool. had been closed for some time for ‘cleaning’.
