The size and the location. Walk to town, the river and huge park plus quiet.

Well appointed and had everything we needed for a brief overnight stay.
We arrived in the dark and had difficulty locating the property because there were no lights on the sign out the front. Managed to find our room but the lock on the door was very difficult to open. Owner of the property didn’t answer my texts or calls when I tried to contact them for help.
Bathroom flooded because the drain in the shower was completely blocked with hair from previous guests.

Large, comfortable two bedroom apartment. Clean and spacious. There was a ramp to our entrance door which made it easier for someone with mobility issues.
Small things like no hooks in the bathroom to hang up clothes and hard to access crockery for short people.

Apex Park apartments are a perfect location for a short stroll into town or any event at the Apex Park itself. The accommodation is larger than average, which is a bonus if you're staying as group. The accommodation is very clean, and maintenance is kept up to above standard. We would have no hesitation of staying here again, for a short or long stay.
I find it hard to write this, but I feel the accommodation is lacking in a warmer homely feel and could possibly need some better lighting, softer furnishings or natural plants.

Spacious apartment and very clean and comfortable.
We booked for 2 nights but due to Victorian flood warnings the management agreed we could leave only after 1 night and receive a full refund for the 2nd due to the circumstances

The apartment was well kitted out with everything required and looked absolutely amazing. Was also in an amazingly quiet location but still so close to the centre of town!
Beds are a personal preference thing. The double/queen bed was way too hard for my liking. I honestly felt like I was trying to sleep on floorboards. My daughter loved the single bed though (unfortunately I am too tall to fit in one of those, although there were two of them)

In the advertising we don't recall that there was any mention of stove /oven facility.
It would have been helpful to know.

There were 12 ladies in our group and having both upstairs apartments with an adjoining door was perfect. Location was perfect, check in and facilities spot on. We will be back.
The fold out bed (lounge) was very uncomfortable. Maybe bunks to accommodate 6 guest would be nicer.

I was not aware there is a connecting door with the adjacent apartment. This door is not soundproof and we could hear clearly normal conversation in the other apartment. This would be a problem if there was a 'crying baby' or a noisy group next door.

Spacious, modern apartment. Big balcony overlooking the park and playground across the road. Quick walk across the river into town for dinner. Washing machine was a godsend after a long road trip around Victoria.
Bedrooms were a little hot as the air con is only in the lounge room

no air con in the bedrooms, lots of cobwebs around the windows, under the couch hadn’t been cleaned

Very large apartment, we could even store our e-bikes inside and invite 4 people over for dinner and have room to move. Aircon worked very well, which is important in Wangaratta. Location is great, being able to walk to town centre in 5 minutes yet staying in a quiet area.

The ease of the key lock box. Bree messaged me all the details before I arrived, which made it a smooth check in. The apartment is in a beautiful location right near the park. A great spot for families with young kids.
The bed was super comfy, I had the best night sleep!
Could hear the people above me stomping around in the apartment above me. Not the hosts fault.
