The care in making sure I was getting the services we paid for

No Internet, no hot water on the first day, no airconditioning for 2 out of 3 days of our stay

Great location, nice staff, rooms were always at the right temperature (dont know how, but it was just perfect), awsome beds

Not enough parking space, but there are some city parking spaces in proximity

Nice view to the river. It is near to everything. Nice atmosphere, the breakfast was delicious. The cleaning lady was the nicest.

The Spa is not included in the package, that is totally fine but the way they do it is shady. Not even in the message was that mentioned!!! The receptionists are unprofessional. They can’t even tell what are the policies at the hotel. 1. They forgot to mention that the spa required extra charge and that we cannot use it whenever we want because of the swimming lessons. 2. We had to pay our dinner, we didn’t had the option to write on the room because WE did not left a card number at the reception, although noone asked for it when we did the checkin.

Das Frühstück hatte internationalen Standart und war immer ausreichend bestückt, selbst zu späterem Zeitpunkt. Das Frühstücksteam war i.d.R. sehr hilfsbereit und gastorientiert. Das vorhandene Büffet war schmeckhaft und hat wenig Wünsche offengelassen.

Es gab den einen oder anderen Mitarbeiter im Team der bei Wünschen etwas langsam reagierte, was dann allerdings nach etwas Eigeninitiatve wieder ausgeglichen werden konnte. Das W-Lan war allerdings ein Katastrophe, instabil und außerhalb des Zimmers auf der Terasse gänzlich nicht vorhanden. Trotz sofortigem Hinweis und dem Versprechen diesen Zustand zu beheben, änderte sich leider nichts an der Situation.

Compare to other hotels and complexs in Oradea it’s a solid 10

Das schönste Schwimmbad unseres Lebens!!!!!!!!!!

Locație excelentă, în zona parcului Brătianu, pe malul Crișului, ceea ce face ca plimbarea de 20 de minute de mers pe jos până în centru să fie o reală plăcere. Am avut cameră cu vedere la oraș, dar vederi frumoase asupra orașului sunt și din lift și din restaurant. Cameră impecabilă, mare, iar micul dejun extraordinar.

Zawsze nocuję w tym hotelu gdy jestem w Oradei. Fajne ciepłe ciastko na powitanie, pokój super i fajny widok na rzekę, śniadanie super, personel przyjazny

Za gorąco w pokoju gdy świeci slońce, ale równiez w nocy. Górne okno ledwo sie uchyla, a klimatyzacja mało wydajna i szumi.

We had King Deluxe Room with Terrace The breakfast was very good, quite varied. The view from the "Room with a terrace" was ok, but definitely not wow, as the room is at the 1st floor with the view to the river. The room was clean and big enough. The terrace was quite spacious. The area is very nice, next to the aquapark and a normal park. In the gym there is a watercooler, towels and disinfectant wipes and it has a view over the pool area.

King Deluxe Room with Terrace Room - AC was not working correctly, after several hours the temperature was not reduced (outside temp. in 13 April 2024 was 28 degrees max) and the room was uncomfortably hot - Old TV - The minibar only contained sparkling and still water Terrace - The terrace is spacious, but in the picture there are two sunbeds on it, and in reality there were only 2 normal chairs and no umbrella, which defeat the purpose of the big terrace, we could have gone with a room with balcony since there wasn't any sunbed or umbrella on it - The terrace was not clean as it was full of spiderwebs and gunk Gym - missing the 4kg dumbbells which are very important for someone who needs to work out certain types of exercises - not that well equipped Bathroom - not enough ventilation - when we arrived the pumps were down and could not shower, had to wait for the dirty brown water to clear up I felt like the room was too expensive for this price (I paid approx. 139 Eur in 13 April 2024).

10 éve találtam rá erre a hotelre a Booking.com segítségével, azóta visszajárunk. Nagyon tetszik még mindig ez a színvonalas szálláshely. Finom friss süteménnyel fogadják a vendégeket. Kedves a személyzet is, angolul mindenki jól beszél. Akik tudnak magyarul az angolról átváltanak magyarra. Ez nagyon figyelmes a részükről. A szobák tágasak, a családi szoba két egymásba nyíló helyiség, folyóra néző ablakokkal. 5 főnek is igen kényelmes volt. Reggeli remek, hétvégén kicsit zsúfolt az étterem 9 óra körül. Kávé finom, ha szeretnéd papír pohárban el is viheted a reggeli tejeskávét. A félpanziós ellátással nagyon megérte. Hiszen a vacsora is nagyon finom, a bár asztalainál lehet enni ilyenkor. Nem igazán értettem a félpanzió szabályait, mivel majdnem minden nap más volt. Első nap menüből lehetett választani: Két fajta leves, két második és sajttorta. A második nap azt mondták lehet az étterem kínálatából választani, 80 lejig. Harmadik nap ismét menü. De minden étel finom volt. Uszoda, wellness is jó,

1. Uszoda és wellness részleg használatát sajnos fizetős lett, 60 lej naponta fejenként. Délután gyerekek járnak úszótanfolyamra 5-7 óra között. Ilyenkor zsúfolt a medence.

Fantasztikus szobánk volt, gyönyörű kilátással a folyóra. A szoba tágas és kényelmes, csendes volt, a reggeli választékos és finom. A személyzet kedves és segítőkész.

A légkondicionáló gyengén működött, az ablakok közül csak egy kicsi volt nyitható, éjjel túl meleg volt. A meleg víz lehetett volna melegebb, teljesen meleg állásban sem volt a fürdővíz igazán élvezhetően meleg. A vacsora esetében nem a la carte szolgáltatásra számítottam, ez kicsit csalódás volt.

Breakfast is good. Panorama lift is nice. Hotel service is friendly and the whole hotel is clean. The building is nice, new and modern. Panorama is beautiful on the river and on the city. We were there second time and rented two rooms. A very new and modern bath is in the neighborhood. It is in the middle of city on the riverbank but the traffic in the street of the hotel is little. There are sport possibilities in the hotel and there is a running track in front of the hotel in the park. There are shops near to hotel in one km distance.

The rooms under roof are noise because of air ventillation system on the roof.

Patul foarte confortabil. Spa-ul in special sauna umeda.

Spa-ul( piscina, sauna uscata, umeda, jacuzii) si parcarea sunt contra cost. 80 de lei persoana/zi pentru access complet la spa, si daca doriti doar piscina e acelasi pret de 80 de lei. Parcarea 50 lei/zi, care este destul de mica, insa mai este o parcare publica gratuita langa hotel. Hotelul NU ARE INTERNET. :) Micul dejun nu este foarte diversificat.

Great location, visibly clean bathroom nice. Hairdryer too slow/old. Tea and coffee and kettle no milk only powdered. Air conditioning did not work we reported it daily and it was never resolved. Offered to change rooms but declined as had ironed and hung all my clothes in wardrobe. Stayed here last summer and air con did not work then either.

Staff were super helpful and the breakfast offering was amazing. There was lots of choice for me as a vegan. I was staying there as I was competing in the European Ice swimming Championships at the pool next door.

The rooms were too warm for me and there was really no way to cool it down other than leaving a window open permanently.

I liked the clean room and the view.

I didn't have acces at the SPA, is only with a tax.

Great location, amazing food, especially the breakfast options. Squeaky clean room and comfortable bed. We had an amazing river view from the 4th floor.

We had pre-paid for dinner and breakfast. Dinner on the first night was supposed to be served à la carte, however it was Catholic Easter Sunday and there was only a buffet available, which we didn’t really enjoy. Also, the TV was quite old and it did not function :( thankfully we had our laptop with us.

Localizarea.

Timpul lung de așteptare după lift. Se găsește foarte greu loc de parcare. Nu există expressor în cameră, doar un fierbător de apă și cafea ness.

Preturile la parcare si piscina interioara mi se par foarte mari pentru ce ofera.

Este un hotel excelent. Am stat la etajul 8, camera twin cu vedere spre raul Cris. A fost confortabil si elegant.Micul dejun cu tot ce iti doresti, o selectie execelenta pentru toate gusturile. Recomand si SPAul- extrem de curent si de elegant

Camera a fost spatioasa, baia absolut superba, am avut si vana, si dus, vederea minunata! Iar de paturi doar cuvinte de lauda..., am dormit foarte bine! La cina am mancat Linguini frutti di mare, recomand cu mult drag! foarte foarte bun! micul dejun satios si bogat.

Parking incurred an extra charge. We had a van and it the car park was quite tight.
