Everything was really good and clean and the location was amazing and secure

The TV didn’t worked properly and the WC in the toilet was so small and next to the shower border . I hope they consider to add more space for the WC as it will be really helpful for the guests

We liked it very much in term of convenience going and from train stations as well as downtown.

Room was clean and well equipped. It was spacious too.

Lack of resources to understand how the room/apartment functions, for example the blinds in the room were something I have never seen no rode to rotate and c no automation it was just a wheel/pulley which you need to rotate to open the blinds and here comes the funny part, I have no idea how to close them.. checked on YouTube, searched on Google nothing then called the visionapartments team and the gentleman at the other end very politely heard my issue and could not help as the staff was not there and told me earliest someone can come to help was next morning, just imagine in zurich where sunlight is there till 9.30PM and comes up again @5:44-6 am how can someone sleep with blinds open. The gentleman empathized with me but could not help.. raised the same issue on booking.com chat option team replied and declared there will be switchers near window but again nothing helpful .. after trying for 2 hours figured out you need to press the opposite end of pulley and then pull the thread.. One more thing could not locate lift in the building so incase you are old and Carrying luggage please request for room on ground floor else avoid. One last thing there is nothing like ac which can provide cooling in the room, you may request for a fan which will be provided on request.. but it's actually quite warm in zurich in june and impossible to sleep in the heat.

good location nr from bus and tram stop. neat and clean room. very functional kitchen with all appliances and crockery. clean tidy bathrooms.

no lift. no ac(heater is present). they provise fan if u ask. difficult to climb stairs with big luggage bags

The cleaning window was large and there was no way to signal if the room was occupied so that no one entered

The response team are very slow when you have problems with the room. Still waiting for a response a week later.

Location is fabulous and the apartment has all the conditions, good kitchen with all the basic things you need including coffee machine. The lady who was cleaning the apartments was very nice.

The only thing to claim is that we had to leave at 10 am but there was no place to leave our luggage as our flight was scheduled for 9pm.

Clear, easy and quickly communication

Our neighbours were very noisy in the early morning, their baby was dragging furniture and screaming a lot. But this was in no way the company's fault, you were flawless!
