I loved the location, what they had and what the cabin offered. It would’ve been nice to stay in an updated cabin and during the warmer months.

However the pool was not heated which was really disappointing and limited it’s use. The cabin was a great layout and offered everything we needed but it felt very run down, in need of updating and a thorough clean; furniture, flooring and walls were very dirty. I noticed quite a few cockroaches in the cabin. Also the main bed/mattress was in very poor condition and the curtain rod was hanging dangerously off the wall.

Staff were amazing. Very accommodating to our needs.

the bunk rooms were very small and kitchenette facilities were limited because of this.

Great place to stay and surprisingly comfortable bed slept so well.

Cabins are getting a little old, need to update.

Location is great and the cabin I eventually got was not too bad

On arrival I was allocated my cabin when I entered the cabin had a smell. The lounge and carpet were filthy. The fridge wouldn’t close the wardrobe door was off and just leaning up. The tiles in the shower were falling off. This cabin was in need of a major overhaul 😳

Staff were friendly and helpful. Room was clean and comfortable. Complex was very neat and tidy. Pool was bonus given the weather was quite warm. Great location near the river which has a great 6km loop walk.

I'm not sure but I don't believe there was free Wifi. If it was available it wasn't offered to me. Rooms are quite small.

Location was great only minutes from Westfield, Penrith panthers club and waking distance to parks and river.

The cabin was dirty, dirty socks under the bed, patched holes all throughout the cabin, dirty oven dish left in the oven, beer cans in the garden next to the stairs, toilet stunk like urine and I booked a cabin with pool view description but our cabin wasn’t near the pool at all.

Pool was overly clean. Cabins small. We were not able to get a cabin for the four of us (2 adults, 2 children). Was therefore expensive for 2 cabins.
