Private villa with our own pool that was cooling also when the infinity pool and sea were too hot. Beautiful and well-kept garden. This area sometimes has too low seawater level due to tide but in front of our hotel it was always possible to go into water. Very nice staff! As we stayed 2 weeks we got to see fireworks 3times.

The half-board was compulsory and even though the food was good you dont want to be forced to eat in every dinner for 2 weeks. Lots of nature sounds around and as walls are thin ear-plugs are recommended for light-sleepers.

Kind staff, large rooms, beautiful garden.

Some guests were not polite with the staff.

EVERYTHING WAS SUPERB. Andy, Plah, Aek and Tik are just the most incredible hosts. We are a couple who travel regularly and this was by far one of the best experiences we had.

A perfect hotel in all respects, an amazing location and view, luxurious and clean, delicious food, we enjoyed the most the amazing hotel employees who were happy to help and advise on any subject, they recommended us places to travel and spend time, we felt pleasant and comfortable to contact them and they always smiled. We especially loved the employee Andy Biby and yaya Wayan who were amazing.

The infinity pool for each room was a lovely treat. Easy access to the beach. The staff were really friendly in the restaurant and when cleaning the room or bringing round the evening treat - which I loved! Having peppermint tea in the rooms, alongside chamomile, english breakfast and green tea was lovely. Quick response when we needed cleaning services. The food was lovely.

It is a steep climb to reception so you need to pace yourself. I had arranged transport to and from the hotel which was good but when I asked for details there was a lot of confusion from reception and they were not able to give me details for 12 hours. Then my ferry ticket had the wrong date on it. When we called to check there would be someone waiting for me at the other end of the ferry the response of we have clarified this was rather rude as we had to worry about their mistake at the ferry terminal! Whilst the food was lovely, it was booked as part of the deal but then quite a few of the dishes had an additional charge and no drink was included. Had we not had this deal we could have eaten out at the same or a cheaper price as there are plenty of other places to eat on the island.

Stayed 3 nights in this amazing Balinese style resort, we had booked a large sunset villa with a view over the gardens and the sea, the villa had a bath in the middle of the room and a large bed with a fantastic view! We were unfortunately forced to leave the awful Santhiya Resort & Spa on Koh Phangan late in the evening! We had called Kupu Kupu if they still had a villa available and luckily they had it. We were very kindly helped by the reception and they already understood the situation! We were offered a free lunch from Kupu Kupu ourselves for the next day, that was really great service. We really had a great stay here with friendly and helpful staff, especially Andy from the reception arranged things for us such as a rental scooter, provided information about the area (which we also visited) and transport to the Ferry, fantastic! I can highly recommend this resort and we would absolutely book here again. Sincerely, Joy and René

Great hotel, amazing and friendly staff, great spa. The rooms are big and very clean, comfortable and beautiful.

A lot of families with children, a lot of noise by the pool. It would be perfect if it was an adult only resort:)
