It was easy renting this property, the only thing was the balcony and grounds . We thought the balcony was much bigger bc it was advertised to be bigger than it was. We believed it had 3 pools. It should have been more specific , KBM is not the resort, it’s the management company. You should say the Mahana. We pulled into the driveway and there was nothing that said KBM, we realized rather quickly it was not called KBM. Overall it was a great vacation and very comfortable , the bathrooms were clean and updated. The pool was clean too. My kids loved it. It felt like a home away from home. We appreciated having beach chairs and coolers. I would definitely stay at the Mahana again.

We enjoyed the view from this unit. The building had construction but it did not impact our stay. The Lanai furniture needs replacing. Otherwise, we would request the unit again.

Beautiful condo with incredible view and lanai. Saw turtles and dolphins from our balcony. Great location and close to beaches, shops, and restaurant. Only downside was the AC wasn't working properly but was addressed by maintenance. We would recommend.

Fabulous condo with updated decor and great location. The huge lanai with comfy furniture was a great place to hang out. Super comfortable beds. Clean. Concierge in the lobby helps book all your excursions and takes good care of everyone. The guys at KBM are some of the nicest people I've ever worked with. This is truly a week in paradise. Treat yourself.

From start to finish this was a great experience. Working with KBM Hawaii was hassle-free, the Mahana at Kaanapali (we had a two bedroom corner suite #611) was fantastic; literally 50 feet from the ocean - each day we looked down on sea turtles in the water out front. The property is conveniently located to Lahaina about 15 minutes south and some of the best beaches on the island 10-20 minutes north.

Our stay at mahana condo was amazing. We really enjoyed the hottub, the unit itself was very clean and stocked with anything you could need. The beach is coral with just enough sand to walk down but a short 5 mins walk and you're at a dimmable location. Watch whales and turtles while eating dinner on the kauai so amazing.

Our visit to the Mahana Resort was outstanding and the support provided by the property manager at KBM exceptional. Our questions were always answered promptly by KBM and we will certainly recommend their properties to anyone considering a vacation in Maui.

The unit is beautiful, the palms swaying outside the windows with the backdrop of the pacific is a priceless view. Kitchen was very well stocked, good appliances too. Was impressed and I'm picky :-) was clean! Loved the shower and the extra Pantene shampoo and conditioner was a plus. Loved how bright the unit is, tvs were great at night, great that it has smart tvs for Netflix etc. welcome chocolates were a nice touch. The snorkel gear was very good. Cooler was fabulous to have to spend day at beach not having to come back for lunch. We would definitely stay again! We highly recommend this unit and KBM is a good rental company to go through.

Truly our best visit to Hawaii ever - the accommodations were perfect and relaxing!

We stayed for the last week in May, and while the weather was a little tempermental (more windy and storm clouds than we have had before), being able to sit on the balcony and watch the sunsets and clouds in the distance was incredible! The unit had everything we needed, and was clean and in great condition. Loved the location for walking to Dukes and along the beach access walk. We would stay here again!

We stayed in Mahana 611 for eleven nights in late March thru early April. We shared the condo with our friends of forty years. It worked out perfectly!! The condo was clean, well stocked, comfortable and had a heavenly view. We spent many mornings and evenings sitting on the lanai watching whales(of which we saw many), beautiful sunsets and ocean waves. The condo is in a great location, close to everything you might want to do. We loved every minute of our stay and would love to come again!!

Wonderful condo wish we could stay longer. Every thing was clean and well stocked above and beyond what we expected. Unit 611 has been recently updated and tastefully decorated. Private balcony had great outdoor furniture to dine and hang out on. Would recommend and rent again.

The original property I booked was not ready for to renovations not finished. So they did a fantastic job finding a replacement considering the crazy status Hawaii is in.

It was stunning view. Our family ( 5 of us) enjoyed the house very much . Very clean , mew furnitures, cool TV, bathrooms are big. We love everything about this house . The only draw back is drive a little far to the airport, and other places, but of course minutes drive to beautiful beaches with great view for pictures. Thanks KMB for a great property!

Bathrooms and showers were nice. The patio was very large and a great gathering spot for morning coffee and evening cocktails. Pool and hot tub were also excellent. Location is nice you can walk down the beach to the backside of Black Rock. Great beach along the way for morning walks. The beach outside Mahana is not swimmable (very Rocky) but there is a nice beach area. If you walk south just a little ways the beach is swimmable but we tend to go to different beaches each day so this was not a problem for us at all. Whalers Village is close and Lahaina town are both a short drive. Coffee shop and small grocery store a short walk as well as the food truck court which in my opinion had some of the best values for meals. Large portions and excellent food! We had a wonderful stay at Mahana!

I must not have looked at the website carefully, because the beach is all covered in cement to prevent erosion --- you can't swim there. You have to walk about a quarter mile down the beach to find a spot to swim, but even then it's a challenge because it was so windy it was like we were getting sandblasted while we tried to sit on the sand. The microdermabrasion made my legs nice and smooth, but wasn't much fun for the kids --- or my corneas. The pool is in the center of the two towers of the complex, so it funneled the wind there into even more of a wind tunnel, so that wasn't an option either. We were just so disappointed to have this great room and have to get in the car every day to find some random beach to spend time at, and spent most of our time searching for a good place to go.

Great communication! The condo we rented was in excellent condition and the KBM Resorts was very attentive. They even greeted us with a box of chocolates.
