Il fatto che abbiano parcheggio solo Valet. Devi sempre far riferimento allo staff che ti parcheggia la macchina e te la riconsegna.

Super hotel. Heeft 5 sterren en is dit het ook waard. Alles volgens de norm die erbij hoort. Personeel is top; kamers schoon en ruim. Turn down service ook top!

Zwembad en gym. Prima maar niet top. Je kan sporten en een baantje trekken maar als dit belangrijk is voor je dan is dit hotel minder aantrekkelijk. Locatie is in het zakelijke gebied maar hier kies je voor!

The room is spacious and perfectly decorated, neat and clean, comfy and cozy, very old money style. and since that it is not the modern style hotel, no USB dock, less power interface than expected.

fitness center, equipments are pretty old and even not working well. should be a more convenient way to order room service than picking up the phone.

The hotel has a great location. The rooms are nice and clean. They have all the normal amenities of any other hotel around the area. Decent restaurant of property but not great. Bathrooms are modern with sit-in tubs.

Guest services was a disaster. My friend and I booked the same type of room. I found out later that the hotel did not give us rooms of similar size and type despite booking the same type. I pointed out to the staff that the pictures of the room I reserved on Booking did not match what I had been given. They told me this was a mistake by Booking and not their fault. They said, my friend had gotten a free upgrade and that was why he had the room from the pictures on Booking. In addition, the manager told me he had contacted Booking and the problem was being fixed. I now believe this to be a lie. Finally, my girlfriend arrived on a later flight and they tried to charge me an extra guest fee of $100 per night, because she was not there when I checked in. Panama hotels have a history of scamming foreign guests, but these people are at the top of the mountain.

Nice hotel, nice staff, great restaurant and amazing breakfast in a great location.

Make sure you get a room in the new building respectively to get a renovated room.
