We cannot say enough nice things about this property or the owners. The amenities were amazing, the house was very well stocked, owners very communicative and layout perfect. We have rent close to 50 homes before and this is by far our favorite. Rent now - you won't regret it. We will be back!

Our family of five really enjoyed the condo as we were able to spread out a little bit. They have everything you will need and we especially loved the cappuccino maker. The host was excellent and easy to deal with. The views are great. The only slight negative for now is they are doing major scaffolding repair on the side of the building next door and it can be noisy during work hours and they start rather early. We did know about this, so we were warned. Did not affect us having a great time and would definitely consider rebooking. I also asked the host to consider increasing Internet speed as well. It was very slow and the router modem need to be upgraded . overall a great time. John and Sue

Very good, responsive property managers. Property was pleasant, great view of the ocean and sunsets. Bedrooms were comfortable and private. Kitchen furnishings were very high end. Highly recommend.

We had an amazing time! It was the perfect location to go to San Diego, LA, and Disneyland. We enjoyed solana beach as well and enjoying our time at the property! We will definitely want to come back again! The condo was amazing!

We stayed at this apartment with my 3 boys (21, 19 and 16) and my in-laws who have mobility issues. It was perfect! The upstairs bedroom worked great for my in-laws and the two downstairs bedrooms are large and beautifully appointed. In fact, the entire apartment has everything you would need for a vacation! The ocean view is the main event, but we also appreciated the pool and tennis/pickle ball courts as well. There a little noise in the weekday mornings from the post office behind the apartment which could only be heard in the upstairs bedroom, but not enough to bother my in-laws. The location is also wonderful - walkable to the beach, restaurants, yoga etc. All in all, we would come back here again!

This is by far the most updated and well stocked vacation rental we have ever stayed in. Due to my daughter’s food allergies, we stay in vacation rentals as opposed to hotels. This rental was the closest one we’ve found that really felt like being in your own home or maybe even better. From the chefs kitchen to the gorgeous master bath, everything was top notch, which is rare in vacation rentals. The furniture and beds were very comfortable and not cheap like we’ve encountered in the past. The balcony was the perfect place to enjoy your morning coffee. It was also very well stocked, more so than any other rental we’ve had. It really did feel like home in so many ways. The property was great too. There was a tennis court, pickle ball court, basketball hoop, as well as a very clean pool that was heated to a perfect temperature. The property was well maintained and quiet too. It is a short walk to the beach, as well as numerous shops and restaurants. You can also enjoy perfect sunsets from the balcony. Solano beach is a great vacation spot and I would definitely rent this property again if we return.

Clean. Exactly as described. No surprises. Appreciated the whole closet of beach chairs, boogie boards, toys, etc. Well stocked kitchen with quality appliances. Coffee maker and expresso machine were a hit. Some loud noises from nearby construction and post office loading dock, but not bad. Fletcher Cove Park (with sand access) is about a 5 min walk. Had trouble with dishwasher during the stay - host was responsive and appropriate. Would definitely go back again.

Our stay was wonderful, the hosts were great. We had a lovely stay. So close to everything, it has everything you would need. It was truly a memorable trip for our parents 70th Birthday.

This condo on Fletcher Cove beach was fabulous. It is so well kept and supplied with everything you need. You can tell the owners take pride in their property. We are the grandparents and we took our daughter and two grandsons for a week. It is close to everything. The Post Office is directly behind it so the one bedroom has noice from the mail trucks backing up but we took a sound machine and it helped. They also have a sound machine in the Master bedroom which was great. Having the boogie boards and beach chairs was so nice. We highly recommend this condo and would love to return !! Jim and Sandy

Enjoyed our stay. The condo was very cold the first day or 2. Weather was below average and all the heat was off. With heating system in the condo it took at least a day and a half to get temperature to 70 degrees.

Our family was excited to travel to San Diego and had a good time. The kitchen was well stocked, had high end appliances, and the were plenty of towels, tennis rackets, pickleball paddles, lawn chairs and boogie boards. When we contacted the managers, they were quick to repond and seemed to care about our concerns. But we had 3 issues. We picked this property partially because of the piano which didn't work. We reported the problem Sunday and on Thursday, the repairman said the problem was major and it couldn't be fixed quickly. The piano apparently hadn't worked previous to our arrival but the owners were apparently "going to wait" to get it fixed. We were warned that the construction next door might be noisy and were given a reduced daily rate for the inconvenience. (Based on the progress of the construction, I believe it will be some time before the project is complete.) What they didn't tell us is that the construction crew erected a fence that cutoff the shortcut to the beach so access required a detour via the street out front and a walk town the block.) Finally, the property is behind the post office which began backing and loading trucks at 4:30 am. We were unable to keep the upstairs windows open without being awaken so early. The is probably nothing that can be done about this noise except to warn people.

We stayed here with our three young daughters and thoroughly enjoyed it! The set-up was perfect for a family of 5. The master bedroom was a dream - sleeping to the sound of ocean waves was absolute perfection. We had one night or issue that the property manager resolved immediately and continued to check-in on. We would definitely stay here again and highly recommend!

Our family had a wonderful time at this very upscale property with fantastic ocean front views and amenities. The unit was very spacious for the 7 of us and was close to everything that Del mar and Solana beach offers. Owners/managers were very easy to communicate with. Kitchen was supplied with everything one could need and beach toys, chairs and umbrellas were great. The pool was a bonus for all. Will defintely rebook again.

There were 2 parking places we used and appreciated. The condo had large patio doors that opened up onto the balcony, great at sunset. You can hear the surf, but we went in February when mornings were 49 degrees so we really appreciated the radiant heating of the floors. There is a bedroom and bath on the main floor which was helpful since one member of a party has trouble with stairs. The elevator from the parking/ground level was very helpful for getting the car unloaded and for seniors with old knees. There were lots of fun restaurants to get food to go. The location is central and the area so much less crowded than other lbeach towns (La Jolla, for example). We were sad to leave. From ages 2 to 72 we all LOVED our visit.

We had a wonderful week in this beautiful condo on the cliffs. It was great to hear the ocean throughput the day. The condo has all the comforts and amenities we needed. We highly recommend it!

There were some mechanical issues (fridge broke) but management promptly did the best they could with the situation (mini fridge to use, come over to wait for maintenance, gift certificate for the inconvenience when it couldn’t be fixed quickly). This home was perfect for our family gathering to meet my new grandson and the great grandparents to meet their new great grandson. I flew in from Hawai’i and my parents flew in from Louisiana to San Diego where my daughter lives. We all gathered here and have memories that will last a lifetime. The home was immaculate and had the perfect number of bedrooms and bathrooms with an open space for entertaining. The kitchen was beautiful! All of the finishes were top of the line, and now I have ideas to remodel my home! The hosts were superb and communications and check in was smooth and easy. Much mahalo! I will be back!
