My family and I stayed here for a few nights and it was just breathtaking. The house was big and fully loaded with all kinds of things! The pool was clean and ready for the kids to enjoy! So many bikes and beach chairs it was not possible to miss the opportunity for activities. The neighborhood is beautiful and just a 5 minute drive to a Family Church we were able to attend before a beach day! No complaints here.

This property has everything. Good location, well maintained pool and lanai, towels and bikes. You name it. Very clean. Will definitely come back.

Wonderful, clean home and so close to the beach!! Gorgeous neighborhood. We enjoyed the pool multiple times a day (with all the toys) and especially loved having access to the beach items... The beach chairs, umbrella and CART made our many trips to the beach easy and comfortable. We also used the bikes to cruise around the beach area and restaurants. We are already planning another trip here and would definitely stay here again!

We had a great time at the home. The pool was great. The bedroom next to the laundry room was really warm, regardless of what we did and the ladder to the water in the marina was broken, but we would likely stay again:)

Our group of 5 adults enjoyed this clean, well laid out house. Location was ideal, within a 1.5 miles from the beach, groceries, restaurants. The island is very walkable and bikeable. The property was extremely clean and the best stocked kitchen I have seen in a VRBO. Anything we needed was there: spices, paper products, coffee filters, teas, coffee and two coffee pots (which was great as we were able to brew regular and decaf at the same time). The only thing missing was a cookie sheet, but the pizza pan worked fine for what we needed. The pool, grill and dock area were clean and well equipped with loungers and seating areas. There were a few minor issues including:: - No welcome book or documentation explaining how to adjust the heating / cooling system, how to adjust the pool heat - Ironing board was broken (I know who irons on vacation, but we jammed all our clothing into carry on luggage, so we had no choice) - Internet and cable was not working when we arrived. Owner had a dispute with Comcast and had not paid the bill in 3 months. We ended up watching the game on our phone. I contacted the owner. The issue was resolved the next morning. Internet speed and cable were good. - There were supposed to be 5 adult size bikes, but there were really only 4 cruisers and an smaller mountain bike that had a tire with a leak. The 4 cruisers worked, but definitely needed to be tuned up. We rode them to the beach one day and definitely had to work hard to use them. The gears on the mountain bike kept slipping, so it could only be ridden in a high gear. - There were 4 adult fishing rods and two child rods, but none of the adult size worked. Also, there were no lures and only one hook. - There was a leak under the kitchen sink and in the shared bathroom toilet. The owner was very responsive to my emails each time I had an issue. A new ironing board was delivered via Amazon on our third day. He also had the tire on the fifth bike the day after we found the flat tire. I believe the issue is the management company. They really should have been making sure everything was is good working order. When I contacted them initially, they did not even have the correct information. That is why I ended up contacting the owner directly. The owner was arriving the day we left, so hopefully he will be able to resolve all the issues. Despite these issues, we would stay here again. We would just ask more questions up front.

Cute little property, great location! Jan 2023

This home had everything we were looking for. We enjoyed the bikes, kayaks, the heated pool and all the space in the home. We were able to easily cook meals, bike ride to see the sunset at the beach, drive a short distance to spend the day at the beach, and kayak on the canal. Loved having beach chairs, cooler, umbrella, and a beach cart to haul it all.

Enjoyed our short stay. Home was very comfortable and relaxing. Great pool/patio and dock area. Conveniently located. The owner was very gracious and made himself available if we needed anything. Wish we could have stayed longer, would definitely stay again .

It was a good location, and good property given the plus that it allowed dogs. The furniture was comfortable, and the kitchen had lots of kitchenware to use. Lots of carpet, so that’s an issue with allergies. Kayaks and fishing gear a plus z Unfortunately, a few things did spoil certain aspects of the trip. There is construction happening around the property ( in front of the house, and two side neighbors) , and in paving the driveway, they cut the Comcast wire halfway into our trip. So no tv or internet at the house( too bad for the next tenants) . Property manager tried to help with a MIFI, but that didn’t work. Towels were also smelly, and some doors don’t lock.

We enjoyed our stay. The home reminds us of our home back in Miami. Great location. We’ve stayed in this house before and are planning to stay again in the future

This property is very reasonably priced. The rooms were great, they are as described, and the kitchen and living areas were plenty spacious for our group of 5. The pool and lanai were very spacious. We enjoyed our stay.

Older house that needs upgrades such as windows, front door, great dock ! Overall good stay but not worth $2000.00 . We’ve rented for over 20 years and this home is overpriced

This home was clean and comfortable. Our favorite parts were the pool, and the dock. We saw dolphins, rays, grouper, fish of all sorts, birds all from the dock. It was perfect to leave from the dock and head out quickly to fishing grounds in the islands and along Tigertail beach. Perfect quiet piece of paradise!

This is house is great for a family vacation! It has everything you need. The pool is spacious and the view of the canal is beautiful.

They thought of everything. You can see the pool very easily from both living rooms, which was super convenient for our needs. Pool was nice and warm, allowing us to enjoy are vacation even on the one cooler/rainy day we had. Conveniently located, close to everything. A quick six minute drive to the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants.. 6 bicycles of various sizes in the garage, lots of beach chairs(8), coolers in several sizes. ping pong table.. Everything you need in the kitchen, lots of seasonings. flour sugar, etc.

We wanted to go to Marco Island for a few days to relax and get some sunshine. House was clean, very affordable option (hotels are very expensive) in a beautiful, safe neighborhood. Will definitely go back.

Very close to Everything and the house was everything we needed. Cute little guest book with suggestions for activities. We loved everything here!

My wife and 2 boys stayed in October- we had a great time! The house was clean and photos are accurate for what the property is. It was clean and well taken care of. The neighborhood is quiet and private. My kids had a great time swimming and fishing off the dock. All amenities are close by as well. We would definitely stay here again, and really enjoyed our time there!

This was our 2nd stay. We knew the location and neighborhood. We felt comfortable and at home. We were surprised to find a lack of updating of any kind since our last stay, but it was all fine. Will likely venture out to a newer/more cared for property next stay. Still, we appreciate the opportunity to stay again.

This was a excellent choice for a weeks stay. The home was immaculate and had everything that we needed. Everything was super clean and tidy. The owners really thought of everything that renters would need for the stay. We are so thankful for that. We had one issue with apart on the grill that needed to be replaced so we contacted management company and they responded quickly and we purchased the part and were reimbursed. LOVED that we could bring our dog to the home with us. Special THANK to the owners for sharing their home with us. Would definitely stay at this property again.

Beautiful house, it truly feels like home away from home, fully equipped with nice heated pool and next to the canal for great fishing. My boys (9 and 14) had a blast in the house, the house also has a ping-pong table, bikes and kayaks for everyone to use. We highly recommend this house, great location, close to everything and very safe!

very impressed. Would like to have ceiling fans in extra bedrooms as they do get hot. Other than that, great house.

We enjoyed staying at the property with our children. It was well maintained and had all all the items we needed for our first visit to Marco Island (bikes, fishing gear, beach items). The pool was great and we enjoyed kayaking in the channel behind the home.
