Didn't get the room we booked and got charged more than was told

Room smelt of cigarettes

Our room was not what we booked. Mini bar was taken from our room and staff couldn't care less when I asked where was the mini bar. No information pack in room regarding using the TV and controls. Adjacent rooms had old heating units and the noise was constant all night. Not much rest was had.

Michelle in reception was outstanding with her friendly, cheerful and helpful attitude.

Heater was very noisy, vibrating plastic sound. Sliding door to other room was missing?? Room located in the main road was noisy with traffic and sirens.
