Great house, great location. House was perfect for our 3 generations. Very well stocked kitchen and lots of fun games in the house. I would just suggest providing sheets for the California king bed. Not many of us have that size sheet.

Short walk to the beach(5mins.). Home property owners were easy to reach and very helpful in providing additional info about activities and restaurants. The home was open and spacious, plenty of seating for my whole family including the grandkids. This is a perfect place to enjoy a Brigantine Beach vacation.

The home is well appointed. Location is fabulous. Rooms are very nice. Exceeded our expectations. Kitchen was fabulous: well equipped and supplied.The cleaning crew missed a few things: floors in kitchen and living room. Dishwasher had not been run. Already talking about coming back.

Jeff and Michelle were very attentive to our questions. The house had everything we needed for a week long vacation. Jeff gave lots of recommendations to local restaurants and cool things going on. If you are looking for a house in Brigantine, this house is perfect.

Great Location!!! Both beach and bay views. Breezy morning coffee on the deck and gorgeous sunsets on the bay. The kitchen is stocked if you like to cook. Jeff is at your service and extremely accommodating. We enjoyed the Crab Shack, Italian treats from Aversas and authentic gelato from the market across the street. Wonderful memories!

Nice, relaxing family vacation
We enjoyed our week, the house was exactly as described. Jeff was a great host, very helpful and responsive to questions - even changed a smoke detector battery for us. Our only suggestions would be clocks in the bedrooms and a vacuum. A general information sheet with wifi info, check out procedures, etc would be helpful. We had a great week. Thank you!!

Exciting Vacation!
Had a wonderful time during our stay in this beautiful, well equipped home!! Everything that you could possibly need is there in the kitchen! So, close to the beach, which was never crowded... great location. Jeff and Michele were wonderful to work with. Will definatly be back, next time for a longer stay!

Great Birthday Weekend!
My friends and I rented this place to celebrate my birthday weekend. The location is perfect!! The beach was beautiful and so relaxing the entire weekend. Great place to host a group of people. The owner was easy to reach and very accommodating. My favorite part of the house was the beautiful deck with a great view of the ocean and sunsets.

Location, location, location!
We have stayed elsewhere on Brigantine in a condo on the beach which we loved. But this house was great and so close to the beach and the amazing sunset at the bird sanctuary. Jeff was very friendly and shared lots of info. Highly recommend.

Beautiful home steps from the beach!!!
This beautiful house was our home for a week in Brigantine and we loved it. Jeff was wonderful to work with and the house had absolutely every accommodation and item one could possible need. Spacious and comfortable! We had a family of eight and the sleeping arrangements were great. The house was impeccably clean and the outdoor shower was great! Loved our time in Brigantine...will stay here again!

Fantastic stay for the money
We had an absolute wonderful time staying here! It was perfect for 4 adults, 2 teens and our little ones at 1 and 2 years old. The pictures do NOT do the house justice, it's perfectly sized, the kitchen is a dream, an abundance of cooking materials and SO much counter and storage space!!! The beds are huge and comfortable, everything is nicely decorated with maximum space and comfortability in mind. Water pressure is excellent - no issues there at all.
All this and only 1 quiet block from a beautiful and clean beach, we could not have been more happy and excited to stay here. Jeff is very personable and easily available for questions or issues. Overall, this house is top notch and worth every star of the 5 star rating.

Perfect beach house for a weekend down in Brigantine!
If you are looking for a house to rent for a weekend in Brigantine with friends and family, then this is your rental house!!! We had a great time staying here this weekend. The balconys allow you to have a beautiful view of the bayside and the ocean for a night sunset. Pirates Den is right around the corner, perfect little spot for breakfast! We will definitely come back next Summer!

Jeff's house was clean and spacious enough to fit a large group of adults. We really enjoyed the rooftop balcony and the location is great and was only a few minute's walk to the beach.
Jeff is also very accommodating and easy to communicate with.

Beautiful beach town and house
Brigantine is a beautiful town. It's family-friendly with an amazing playground, mini golf, small arcade, and beautiful clean low-key beaches. The house was awesome. It was beautiful, clean and updated. It was spacious enough for our party of 6 adults and 2 children. It only took 5 minutes to walk to the beach which is a plus with children. Jeff, the owner was super kind and accommodating. It was a pleasure staying at his property. Ocean city is close by and was perfect for a day trip for the kids. We will definitely be planning a future trip back to brigantine.

Summer Beach Vacation
Outstanding Beach Vacation House. Less then 5 minute walk to Beautiful Brigantine Ocean Beach. Around the corner from Pirates Den with new owners & updated menu. Five minutes from Links at Brigantine Golf. Inexpensive and fast 15 minute cab ride to Borgata and 5 minutes to restaurants mid-island (suggest "Cellar 32"). Spacious house with 3 bedrooms and 3 baths can accommodate 6 - 8 very comfortably and up to ten. Strongly suggest purchasing "Cactus Juice" bug spray on Amazon for stay as bugs and particularly the green flies on the beach can be a nuisance.

Outstanding everything!
Although our schedules kept us from being able to vacation longer, we enjoyed every minute of our stay. Proximity to the beach, spacious layout and comfortable interiors were all contributing factors. Even the fact that it poured for an entire day didn't dampen our enthusiasm for this wonderful home. There were books, games and puzzles to keep us occupied and plenty of space for everyone to spread out. We hope to arrange our time better next year so that we can stay an entire week. Highly recommended...
