Çalışanların isteksiz ve yardımsız tutumu Duş kabinin oldugu gıbı bozuk olması nedenıyle banyo sular ıcınde kaldı. Cok tehlıkeylıydı ve umursanmadı. Le matelas était confortable. La douche très agréable. La télé aussi.

Les oreillers sont très très mous. Le manque d’équipement. Les serviettes ou tapis de bain manquant 1 jour sur 2. Le personnel d’entretien qui ne respecte pas la pancarte indiquant qu’on se souhaite pas être dérangé. Les murs sont très fins. Il faut être matinale car les portes des chambres claquent toute la matinée.

The location is perfect... a couple blocks from the Poterie Tram stop (a really short walk) and maybe 5-6 blocks to the Cornavin Main Station. Location Location Location. I'm in Geneva for business on a budget, and this is about as close to downtown as I can afford. Price is really low for geneva area and it is no trouble to walk to the lake or just jump on the tram. Hotel is motel and business like, it has a bar and a restaurant if needed. There are many local interesting restaurants as well. Room is nice a clean, bed wasn't amazing but definitely above the average (I've had some TINY beds in Switzerland before). I will definitely stay here again, its just such a great location, quiet but central. Staff were very helpful

Almost everything was fine. The breakfast was only OK, and this is slightly odd, since I've had GREAT breakfasts at other IBIS locations, even in the Geneva area (the IBIS in St. Genis-Pouilly has an absolutely fabulous breakfast). So what's the deal? Average croissants and miniature pain au chocolate? fruit and yogurt were nice, but generally other selections not so great. I suspect it was an easy place to cut corners to keep the price down, but I really appreciate a wonderful breakfast and it leads to customer loyalty. I will stay again, but hope they continue to improve in this area.

Pretty close to the rail station and the bus stop, comfortable bed.

No teapot in the room, no mini bar, if you got cold you need to go downstairs to the bar to order hot water. Also, no umbrellas available for guests, even for payment.

My room was on the third floor and on the end, so nice a quiet and close to the stairs and lift. The room was clean and big, bed comfy and nice big towels. The Shower was good and I could open my window for fresh air. The rooms are basic but the lobby and breakfast room is stylish. Breakfast is good with some vegan options, but could always do more. Location was perfect for the CICG centre for a week of conference. There's an easy bus to and from the airport also and a 20 min walk into the centre of town/the lake.

I would have liked tea and coffee in the room, which was not available. It would be helpful for the room to have a safe insitu. I would have like a larger variety of foods available for breakfast, such as more hot foods that were not meat based.

In a nutshell, the staff are supportive and friendly. The room is nice. And the location is very good. More details for the location: 1. there's a bus station (line 8) in front of the hotel already, which can take you from/to the central station (Geneva station) in 3 minutes, and to Lake Geneva in 5 minutes. 2. Also, it's a walkable distance. In 8-10 minutes maximum, you can get to the central station, 12-15 minutes, you can reach Lake Geneva and Mont Blanc garden. 3. To go to the airport, even to walk to Geneva station or take Bus 8, then the train will drop you in 7 minutes at the airport. Or, if you are late to your flight, it's only 7 minutes by taxi or Uber to reach the terminal from the hotel. 4. When I was in Geneva, there was a festival, so the bus was so disrupted. Line 8 wasn't seen most of the time, but walking was easy.

If you missed buying yourself a bottle of water from the supermarket, you will pay around 5 times to get it from the hotel. But this normally happens in all the hotels.

Very basic room, without any coffee or tea facilities. I booked a room with a double bed, but got one with two single beds.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location is also very convenient. The staff were professional and could communicate in English and French. The good breakfast advertised in booking.com is indeed a good breakfast.

The room was very basic. It should have had at least a bottle of drinking water, kettle, cups, tea bags or coffee even if only two satchets for making tea/coffee. Also some slippers, a gown and clothes hangars should be included in the rooms.

value for money unfortunately there was no airconditioning in the room we relocated to another room with the exact same problem when asking the staff about problem the answer we received was that every room was like that which i find questionable considering the temperature was 22 celsius i cannot imagine that there is no airconditioning in the summer months

The room is clean and quite. The staffs are friendly and the location is closed to Old Town.
