We thought the location was best but there are MRT construction right outside and traffic is worse now. Would be like that for a couple more years
Other than the bad traffic, the attitude of the staff was disappointing. Counter staff was not friendly, housekeeping staff was no where to be found.

The hotel is clean and rooms are comfortable and clean too.
The location is more business traveller.

The hotel is close to the bus stop. There are several food stalls & restaurants close by. Friendly staff. Good breakfast. Comfy room. Check out time is very good at 12 pm.
The air conditioning took some time to be cold. The toilet temperature was warm. It was not clean either, there were some dirty spots inside.

The construction site along road result in congested traffic all around the hotel.

The room was clean, I like the room. it was comfortable
The room is for double, but only one chair provided.
The breakfast was okay, but they didn’t set the place properly. I ate my breakfast in the ballroom and it was so crowded. It wasn’t an ideal morning for me

Well designed modern hotel at a very modest price. Bedroom Matrass that left me without back pain is always appreciated
The lovely but slightly too hot giant jacuzzi seems a bit like an accident in design. loved it non the less.
