Great corner room facing the malecon and could see the ocean so great view. But VERY noisy, even on the 7th floor until 2am. Really enjoyed the roof-top pool and lounge area with the bar with service just below. Great location to get around to everything by foot you want to explore.

Bedroom was very small. King bed about as soft as the floor. Should remove some of the furnishings. Bathroom was up a couple steps. Fell and twisted ankle so moved to opposite corner suite on one level. View not as amazing but much quieter and little larger room. They have nice sized spacious rooms with kitchen but extra $50/night. Might be worthwhile. Bring your own face towels from home. Stayed in 2 different hotels and neither had them. The front desk staff should remind you when checking in that there is a buffet breakfast. And if you prefer can have other breakfast such as an omelette and bacon, etc. Delicious omelette!

the balcony rooms are nice but overpriced. the rooftop is nice even if you can't get an elevator

the first night they stuck us in a no balcony room...for $150 a night the windows face a wall and the windows are sealed shut. the coffee maker was broken and the safe didn't work. the breakfast buffet is pretty typically bad but the coffee is dishwater

The location was excellent - walking distance to the cathedral, market, restaurants, plaza with all the night life, music and entertainment. Excellent service in the hotel, very friendly

The pillows were hard, but I got used to it. - just a minor thing compared with all the positive side of the trip. I highly recommend the hotel and the location - away from busy Zona Dorada

The breakfast, that was included was great, included with the price of the room, great value waiters were great, the best.

The parking was small, but they help parking the cars ,that was great, the roof the pool,the bar, the best view ,the price of the room was less than the sona dorada are ,will be back,

The location is in front of the beach, you can see the waves hitting the rocks from your window. The breakfast in the morning is good & it's staff is very nice and helpful. I'll stay here again! You also have El Centro Historico @ a walking distance, plus many other restaurants and shops.

A older building...the elevator takes time to go up and down, also it's a small space if you have more than 2 persons inside the elevator. But not a big deal, just a inconvenience if you're in a hurry.
