Very small underground parking, so it was difficult to park with a long car.

Very good location,historic center of Brussels can be reached by foot. Excellent breakfast, comfy beds and absolutely quiet room.

The Hotel was in great location. Near to all transport facilities and tourist attractions. There was a tram stop right outside the hotel, which took you to all major attractions. We even walked through most of them one day!! Lots of restaurants nearby too. The hotel was decent. The double room had a microwave snd fridge. Although we didn't use it. The breakfast was good, and hot drinks available throughout the day. We were allowed to leave our bag in reception room for couple if hours. Friendly and helpful staff.

There were no English channels to watch.

there was no kettle in the room. I had to go down stairs for coffee.

The room was quiet and spotlessly clean, the bed comfortable. Cushions of different softness available. The staff friendly. Very good breakfast. I especially appreciate 24 hours availability of hot drinks.

The windows could be better insulated, both in the terms of sound and cold.

Coffee in the lobby at any time was great. The wifi worked well and the staff were friendly. Great having a small fridge in the room to be able to store snacks in, plus lots of storage space. Room was spacious and warm with a great view over the city. Tram stops right out front and a lot of good places to eat very near by.

Our room was in a corner with other doors nearby, and every time one of them opened it sounded like ours was opening, which was a little disconcerting. The bathroom appeared to have not had its clean finished when we checked in, with some cleaning things left in there.

Room was spacious and clean. We had the suite which worked great for a small family. Breakfast was as always amazing. Ibis styles never dissapoints with breakfast options

The only bad thing was a shower floor drain that smelled like sewer but it happened late at night and nobody could help; and we solved it by closing the shower drain and the smell dissipated after opening the windows
