I love the showers that are in that hotel. They are spacious and are solid to walk on great space

We didnt like that theres no water. And the manger wanted 3.5 euros a small bottle. So we found a shop and bought 6 bottles for that absured cost. Thou a company your size should be promoting water use and have a few bottles in each room

Easy check-in after a long day's travelling. The room was functional but cheerful and clean facing the back of the hotel so was pleasant and quiet.The staff were very helpful and friendly and spoke good English which is not expected but welcome when you are travelling. Breakfast okay in a pleasant room.

Location suited us.

The room stunk of cigarette smoke. (Our request to change rooms was immediately agreed). The room floor was dirty. I wiped up a splash of cola from the floor and the tissue used was immediately black. There was no tv remote control in the room. Very old, tired and scruffy.

We booked this property several months ago and were given a disabled room despite neither requiring or requesting it. Room 115 Entry and exit to the room was difficult because the lock needed servicing. Anyone with arthritis or poor manipulative skills would have trouble. The sliding door in to the wet room was stiff, once again this is supposed to be catering for people that have disabilities,along with the slope from the wet room to the bedroom which Was positively dangerous, it needs some kind of anti slip . We do not think that this room was anything near cleaned with Covid19 in mind . We went around with disinfectant wipes and as can be seen by the photos the floor skirtings had thick dust Ibis need to up their game especially in view of the current pandemic. At breakfast we noticed that the member of staff that was refilling the breakfast buffet ,was also servicing the bedrooms, maybe after cleaning the toilets Yuck !! Will we use this brand in future ? NOT LIKELY!!! Tried to charge as again when we checked out, an sure that we paid the city tax twice.

Shower broken. Duvet too heavy so could not sleep as without it too cold .

Lovely and clean. Great parking - we have a transit van and there was loads of suitable spaces. Helpful staff. Quiet location with a couple of restaurants around the corner. Poitiers old town about 45 min walk away which is worth a visit. Breakfast was great.
