Location, room designs and the fact the AC and drains didn’t smell.
Honestly, just the price per night. But that’s a Darwin issue, not a hotel issue.

False Fire alarm went off three times resulting in evacuations, this happened in the middle of the night and early morning. Shower head spraying water in all directions putting water everywhere in bathroom

Location of the pool. You had to walk through the restaurant.

smooth check in, room, location, lunch, pool and check out.
Plumbing issues, whereby the water from everyone showering or pooping in levels above our room gurgled loudly down the waste pipes in the wall of our room. Not pleasant being woken by this at varying times of the night. It probably wouldn't be an issue so much if arrivals into Darwin Airport weren't all so late at night.

Wasn't as clean compared to other hotels I've stayed at. ( bit of mould in bathroom & hair in bar fridge)

very helpful friendly and accommodating when we were delayed 24hrs by a cancelled flight. really comfortable beds. great buffet breakfast.

Good staff and location
First night our rooms aircon was broken We had no complementary water so first thing we had to do was go down the street to get some.

Staff didn’t tell me much. Restaurant and bar never appeared open. Staff could have let me know more about breakfast or anything happening in the hotel. I spent all my money out instead of in the hotel.

Nice clean new rooms, close to town, friendly staff, great rates.
We had free breakfast included but only offered continental, yet the week before were offered full breakfast.

Was good value for money and it was relatively central although not on the hotel strip.
Facilities were okay, gym was a bit difficult to find and had to go to reception to understand how to get there also mini bar in the room.
Resturant was closed Saturday and Sunday which wasn't ideal and we hadn't been informed of this prior.
