Probably not enough healthy lunch options. Loved the Caesar salad, but would have liked a few other similar options. Eg. roast veg salad or Thai salad, with our without meat, chicken or seafood.

Coral reef at the hotel is great. The staff are so friendly. Pool was beautiful too. Genuinely an unforgettable week.
The food was slightly disappointing. We found the food to be quite bland and there weren’t many options. You’re forced to eat at the resort to a certain degree as you’re quite far from town. Some of the meals were nice but largely hit and miss.

Excellent Location for a Resort. Breakfast was Very Nice.
The manager, Pascalle, and the whole staff team at the resort were very friendly and always ready to help with anything.
The whole experience was Wonderful.
Also the massage therapist at the resort, Julia, is Excellent. I had a wonderful massage session with her.

Communication from the reservations team was prompt & informative. We arrived 1 week after 2 cyclones hit the island.
Cannot recommend Eratap enough - perfect to escape, relax & enjoy life.

What an amazing resort to stay at!
We went for our honeymoon and just wow!! The location was great, and the free services such as snorkelling and kayaking on site were even better, but the staff were fantastic. Cannot fault this place at all, if we ever come back to vanuatu we will be staying here again.

Can't even aptly describe how wonderful this place was! My husband and I spent 5 days here and it felt like weeks - we were so relaxed when we left.
The staff were so friendly and helpful! We will definitely come back!

What we really liked about this place was nothing was a problem, anything could be arranged and without hesitation, they didn’t penny pinch you either! They were more than willing to direct you and advise you on the best things to do.

Eratap Beach Resort is set in a beautiful location, having access to the whole peninsula. An amazing coral reef for snorkeling is on one side while a lagoon perfect for kayaking or paddle boarding is on the other (all equipment provided by the resort). The villa itself is very comfortable, clean and has everything you could ever need. We looked straight onto the beach and watched the sun set from our private cabana. The restaurant offer a great breakfast and more fine dining meal options at night. Despite being fully booked, it felt very quiet and private.

The property was immaculate, all amenities were easy to access and staff extremely helpful with any questions.

The staff were fantastic. We had a query about where to source a special souvenir, and they were able to deliver. The resort is beautiful, and not too quiet or too busy. Really enjoyed our private trip to Castaway Island, and the food.
