wow! just wow! this is the kind of apartment you want in every location you stay in. The apartment is well equipped with anything you want for a vacation. It is beautiful. The bed is luxurious. You feel like the princess and the pea sleeping in it. The owners cannot do enough for you. Truly a superb stay. Do order the breakfast. We didn’t and I feel may have missed out, given the friands we were treated to…

The apartment is very well decorated, super clean and very well located in the center of Eymet. Owners are super friendly, very accommodating. We ordered breakfast and it was delivered to our doorsteps with croissants, freshly baked muffins and bread. We had marmelade, butter, yogurts, milk, a coffee pot (for us to use whenever needed) and a kettle (with a large tea box containing a choice of several tea flavors). Everything was just perfect!

everything was first class from the location, the welcome, the room , and the facilities. we will not hesitate to come back here as soon as we can,

The stairs were a bit steep but this was pointed out immediately and didn’t cause any problems

We just stayed here for 3 nights and it was wonderful! Leeann was the most accommodating host. She was so helpful and kind! The apartment is gorgeous and had everything we needed and it’s only a 2 minute walk to the town centre so a fantastic location! Would definitely recommend!

It's 9 years since we stayed at Maison 20 and in that time Leanne has maintained the highest standards of accommodation. Comfort and cleanliness were impeccable and the welcome we received was wonderful.

Everthing about Maison No 20 was lovely. Leeann and Guy were perfect hosts. Leeann was great and very helpful. Fresh muffins every morning ! The location is excellant and we had a great stay. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice and clean apartment with lots of space and fully equipped with everything you might need. We rented the one bedroom apartment which has a big comfortable bed and a regular shower. The hospitality is top-notch. Really couldn’t have wished for more. For example, upon arrival we were greeted by one of the hosts and she walked us through the apartment and left us with wine, homemade cookies and a handwritten schedule with activities in Eymet and neighboring villages. Every morning there was a basket with a variety of bread and cake at our doorstep. One of us has a severe allergy for nuts and peanuts and that was taken very seriously. The apartment is easy to reach and parking is not a problem. Your options are the apartment garage, street parking and free public parking. Occasionally you will bump into Leeann or Guy and will be greeted with a nice chat and loads of new ideas. You should probably stretch your booking by a few days ;-) TL;DR: We had a very pleasant stay and we can wholeheartedly recommend it!

Great place with fantastic owners who can't do enough to make your stay comfortable and well-informed about local attractions and events. The apartments are beautifully furnished and finished and the beds large and comfortable. The location is fantastic, literally a minute from the main square in Eymet with its restaurants, cafes and a very good bakery. Highly recommended.

We rented the one bed apartment in early June. Leeann met us on arrival talked us through the choice of restaurants and places to visit. There was also a bottle of wine and cookies to greet us and they were great. The apartment was lovely with lots of space. The kitchen was well equipped, the sofa comfortable and there was English TV if you wanted it. The bedroom was stylishly decorated and the bed exceptionally comfortable. Good quality linen and towels. Shower gel, moisturizer, hand soap, and washing up liquid all provided as well as toilet paper and kitchen paper. The apartment is right in Eymet so close to all shops and restaurants. Easy parking all around.

Nothing really. If you have mobility problems bear in mind that our apartment was on the second floor and the steps might cause you problems. There are apartments lower down. Also the shower is in the bath rather than a separate shower unit and getting into the bath might also be difficult. It was fine for us.
