We couldn't have been happier. Spotless, really comfortable beds, pillows. Plenty of pots, pans, cutlery, kitchen utensils. Lots of soaps, extra toilet paper rolls etc. Could keep going, we were very pleased! Thank you for a wonderful stay. We'll definitely be back!

House was perfect for a holiday for an extended family group. There was plenty to do even in the event of bad weather, the pool table room at the back provided a great option for those who want something more active than board games. Location, provides excellent base for walks.

this property was just right for our group of 8 adults (4 x couples) and we thoroughly enjoyed it. Plenty of space, good cooking facilities - pantry even has a selection of sauces & spices etc we were able to use, comfy beds and clean and tidy. Nice view of the sea from the front balcony. 5 mins walk to the beach and short drive to Victor Harbour. I appreciated the prompt communication when we booked.

House was well laid out, bedrooms suited perfectly and any problems quickly satisfied by owner. Yard was perfect for large dog and games room had plenty of use.

Tanya is an excellent host - quick response and very efficient! The place is even better than the pics and had everything you can think of. Have booked for a return stay!

We loved our time at Jakara! It has everything you'd need and more, and perfect for our one year old with high chair and gates at the bottom and top of the stairs. A very comfortable stay, in the perfect location. We will certainly stay again, and recommend this place to everyone!

The process was very smooth and straightforward. The home at self seeded our needs with one family having the downstairs and two single people upstairs. The views were lovely and we enjoyed the opportunity of long walks on the beach and close vicinity to the shops, about a 10 minute walk with the dog.

Large modern property and granted late checkout, although did not require it in the end. Small issue. This is a beach property but beach towels not included, not that the weather was kind anyway. Would recommend this property, especially for large group.

Dishwasher was broken and lacked a few bits like coffee (instant) etc. we got flooded out in the pool room but had a great stay xxx

We booked Jakarah and the house next door, Southerlea for our mum's 80th birthday celebration. The houses were perfect for our family of 16 and two dogs. It was the first time we took extra items of our own (like sharp knives) as many rentals don't have great kitchen items BUT we didn't need anything that we took as the houses were totally equipped!! Great spaces, great views, great location! We will be booking again during the summer season for sure!!

We spent 5 nights at the lovely Jakarah Beach House. The property was very well located and contained all of the items listed on the Stayz website. There was plenty of room for our group and the pool table in the 'games shed' at the rear of the property was very well received. We would definitely book this property again.

Stayed with my spouse and dog. Very clean property, quiet area, loved listening to the sea in the evenings. Had everything we needed!

Lovely property with everything we needed, especially baby gates at the top and bottom of the stairs was amazing to have. Everything clean and well presented, was a great place to stay with all the family.

From the ease of booking and communication with Tanya and throughout our stay, our time at Jakarah Beach House was stress-free, relaxing and extremely enjoyable for all of us. The bedrooms are roomy, comfortable and spacious - a bonus especially with 3 teenagers. The main suite a parents delight! There are 3 bathrooms (including the en-suite), making life so easy for a family. 2 large family areas for the cooler days/nights, large balconies to enjoy the sun and sea views and a separate games room. The kitchen is well appointed, so that if the 2 minute drive/10 minute walk is too much, cooking at "home" is easy. There is a large pantry and all the equipment you could require. And the cleanliness could not be faulted - and I am pedantic about this. And our dogs were exceedingly content in their holiday surrounds. To top it all, the house is a quick 2 minute walk to a fabulous beach. Such a fabulous find. A wonderful place to stay, relax and unwind.

We had a great time. Lots of beds for an extended family. Kitchen needs are great - every utensil you would want! Beds are comfortable. Great having the second living area for the teenagers.

Wonderful views, excellent facilities, well equipped to stay in, walk into town or head to the beach.

Thankyou Tanya for hosting my family and I in your beachside home. It was in the most perfect spot, close to the beach and a short walk to horseshoe bay and into town. The size of the house was great the only recommendation would be to have a bath tub in one of the bathrooms for the kids.

Our extended family stayed for long weekend. Great location with a short walk to beach and coast walking track. And pet friendly.

We have stayed previously in the sister property next door and loved the location, linen and the fact that we can bring our dog. We were again very happy with our stay at Jakarrah and will definitely book again.

We loved staying- plenty of room ( and bathrooms) for everyone, a great dining table. Lovely fresh bedding and clean bathrooms ( one small point-the tea towels were noted as not quite the right ones to get things dryed properly and we did an initial wipe down of some shelves in the fridge.) A game of pool was enjoyed by some and of course the views from the balconies- we were lucky to have had great weather too. Some in the group grabbed some brochures to tell their families and maybe plan another stay.
