L’emplacement la praticite

La Climatisation ne marchait pas on pense qu’elle était informé car un ventilateur portatif était présent en plus Une salle de bain correct mais l’autre avec une douche 50/50 trop petit

Location and suitable for visitors wanting to explore Rome. Perhaps a laundry washing machine and a dryer would be nice.

I must say that Landlord is very nice and can communicate and solve problems in time. The location and security are perfect.

I think the sanitation is not very good, it needs more careful and deep cleaning (including bathroom etc.)

Location was excellent. Coliseum and metro station within a minute. Very quiet and very easy to get around Rome

The bedding and pillows on the beds but i am being picky

The location was great, perfect! The hosts were very attentive....I called a couple times and the response was always prompt. The hosts set up airport transfers which I thought was very pricey (and we had to pay cash) but it was well worth it for for 4 of us. Very prompt, nice cars and professional drivers. Thank you!

It was a bit smaller than the pictures appeared. It was listed for 5 people, there were 4 of us, it would have been cramped for 5. There was a manual on how to use the appliances, had to pull up a QR code which we couldn’t do for some reason. Would have been nice to have it written out. It could have been a bit cleaner, rug looked like it needed vacuumed, surfaces a bit dusty but hey, I am a clean freak! I am used to United States AnB’s so thought there might be more staples, salt, pepper, hand soap, maybe even coffee!

The properties location was excellent! Once you walk out the secure entrance you could see the Colosseum. It was less then a 5 minute walk to the entrance. There were also so many places to eat or grab a drink. At night the apartment was very quiet and felt very safe especially because there was the Italian military was watching over the Colosseum all night long. Alla our host was very quick to respond to any of my text messages. We only stayed for two nights so the place was perfect for that amount of stay. There is a small kitchenette in the apartment but, we really did not use anything except for the refrigerator. the kitchenette is really not suited to make a big meal but, why would you when there are so many good places around to grab some food. If I ever return to Italy I would want to stay at the location again. Thanks again Alana for a great vacation experience!

only 1 bathroom with a hard to get into tub/shower

Perfect location on a great restaurant street just 10 mins walk from the forum, colosseum, and trevi fountain. Interior was beautiful, modern, clean, and comfortable. Would definitely stay here again!
