Hotel sulla spiaggia,con accesso diretto al mare(incantevole)stanze pulite e personale cordiale

La stanza dava sul parcheggio,ma considerando il poco tempo trascorso nella stessa ,si può accettare. Dato il periodo abbiamo potuto dormire con le finestre chiuse e quindi non essere infastiditi troppo dal rumore della ferrovia..forse in pieno agosto avremmo avuto qualche disagio in più.

The setting with the pool and the adjacent beach was excellent. Facilities were immaculate and clean. Staff was helpful with travel needs.

Breakfast was good but dinner offerings could use some work.

The hotel is very clean, including bathrooms. The food is very good and the restaurant staff is amazing. The staff did everything for our 1 year old (made special meals and gave us milk when needed).

The hotel had no WiFi for our entire stay of 5 days. This caused us to have to spend an extra $15 per day with our phone providers. We saw 2 mice running in the restaurant. The pool has steps that are not visible which is very dangerous. The hotel director is arrogant and tried to overcharge us. He and the secretary had different prices and he did not provide a detailed receipt of the charges. He even went as far as saying that mice are normal in the "country side" and that the Wifi did not work because of the phones we have (which are the newest on the market). We paid for all meals included which does not include coffee (except at breakfast), or water (except when eating at the restaurant). This hotel is not baby or handicap friendly. There are no ramps for wheelchairs or baby strollers, no handicap parking or places to change babies in the bathrooms.

Arriving at the hotel to find that it was closed. We received confirmation and details of arrival 4 days before we left the UK. No further communication from either Booking.Com or the Hotel Poseidon.

I found it totally unacceptable not to be advised that my room was going to be: 1) with a single bed 2) ground floor 3) worse than anything else, the room - far from overlooking the sea - was actually next to the railway, with the result that it was impossible to sleep Something like that, for the price which I have paid, is beyond any reasonable and acceptable “value for money” Such a situation should be well explained prior to booking a room - and priced accordingly Totally unacceptable from a presumed four stars hotel

Excellent breakfast, pool and beach ....... I would like to also send a special shout out to MARIDA !!! What an exceptional staff member !!!!! She was WONDERFUL !!!! We are American Citizens living & working in Belgium and will DEFITIONALLY BE BACK !!! We will tell all of our American friends & our Belgian friends about this wonderful hotel !!! ps: Please give MARIDA a raise !!! She"s AWESOME ! see you soon ! Lori Richards & Hubby
