Lovely town to visit. The hotel is a beautiful old chalet. Room was very small and basic however beautiful view from small balcony.
Nice breakfast. Good car parking in hotel grounds.
Room very basic - shared small fridge in communal room. Bathroom/shower small.

we have been arriving later afternoon after cycling over the grossglockner. weather was wet and cold. so we were super happy that they offered us immediatelly to heat up the saune. very friendly people. the building is old but clean with a very cool flair- room was big too. breakfast was awesome- notething missed!

We had the bday of our son (2 years), and they organized a chocolate cake, balloons, candle….
Was magic!

The family bedroom was very large, with an amazing view from the balcony towards Großklockner. The breakfast /
dining room is beautiful with amazing decorative features. Walter, the host, is incredibly friendly and knowledgeable.

we absolutely loved staying at Kaiservilla hotel. Staff was really, really friendly and helpful. Above all expectations. Breakfast was really good and rich. Anything you would want. Also the location is awesome, 5min walk to ski lift. We also loved the saunas and relaxing area.
Would definitely recommend it to anybody!

Walter was beyond accommodating, the staff were very welcoming and the lady who runs breakfast is so fast and so sweet! We will absolutely stay there whenever we are in Heiligenblut.

Wonderful hotel located in a beautiful mountain area right at the end of the High Alpine Road.
The room was very clean and cozy, quiet at night and flooded with light during the day.
Breakfast was very good and with many choices available.

The room was large and comfortable. We had everything we needed. Breakfast was good, they even did scrambled eggs on request. Free parking was also nice. Mountain view from the room and balcony.
Strange that there was no sink in the toilet, you had to go to the bathroom to wash your hands.

The room was large and bright with an amazing view of the town and Grossglockner. They had the most amazing breakfast spread with anything you could want.

Excellent, big room as per photos. Good breakfast with plenty of choices, including eggs and bacon. The location of the hotel is excellent.
Would have liked better wifi - not the dodgy local generic wifi in the area. Also would like a kettle and some tea / coffee / milk available in my room (or anywhere after breakfast). Minor things as room and hotel very good.

cosy place with it’s own atmosphere. Breakfast was tasty, and it was awesome to use sauna in the evening. the view is fascinating. i’d love to come back :)

The room was great - big with a nice view and a balkony, the hotel also looks very nice, has a nice patio/terrace. The surrounding nature is stunning.
The parquet floor was squeaky in a number of places. Also, I would have preferred tiles in the bathroom/wc rather than parquet.

I would definitely recommend to stay in Hotel Kaiservilla- perfect value for money, great location and breakfast- tasty and a lot of choices, very nice and welcomming staff and nice and clean room.
It was truly pleasant stay for us :).
Maybe small playground for children would be nice :)
