I arrived at the wrong ibis hotel and I kindly asked the receptionist if he could call me a taxi to the correct ibis location I explained I’m legally blind and it was dark outside and he refused to make a simple call to a taxi ( my portable was not working he insisted I leave and walk in the rain in the dark legally blind. I’m absolutely disgusted at such meanness over a simple request. I kindly suggested I’d wait will he tended to waiting customers and he still refused to make ca call to a taxi!!!!

This hotel is excellent for an inexpensive stay. Clean comfortable I loved it. Thanks ibis

no much facilities for food ( water, coke, candies,etc)

The location, the friendly staff and the fact there was a car park next to the hotel. We were welcomed warmly and check in was very efficient and quick. Our stay overall was also very comfortable.

Located opposite the Central Gare and shopping center, is the hotel pergect if you are travelling by train. Nice breakfast with croissants, very clean.

Air conditioning was too cold. Hair dryer gets too hot very fast as in Ibis hotels everywhere.
