We stayed in the cottage which was great. Full cooking facilities. En-suite bathroom in main bedroom. A veranda to sit out on overlooking the lagoon. Pool got plenty of use too. The owner was very welcoming & took us to a well known restaurant . Also joined the Seachange team for quiz night a few times !

Seachange Lodge has a very "homey" feel about it, which we loved. Location was great, with ABM shop about 900m away, and didn't have to wait long to catch a bus outside as plenty going past. Gardens and view overlooking the lagoon was pleasant. We were very thankful to receive a free upgrade to the 2bdrm apartment, which was so spacious and comfortable, and had everything we needed. Extremely impressed with staff, as they were so friendly and helpful. Would definitely stay here again on our future visits to Vila.

We initially wanted the lagoon-side bungalow but it was booked for our dates some months in advance so we booked a garden room, and Ian kindly upgraded us to lagoon-side as it became available. Recommend to stay in lagoon-side bungalow if you can and if you have strong knees! (there's a steep hill to climb every morning). Lush gardens on the grounds. Great value for money and it was lovely to wake up every morning, step outside, and have your own private patio right on the waterfront with no one else around, and a jetty to walk out onto and enjoy the peace and sounds of waves. Bathroom was huge, there was an amazing hot tub. Amenities were standard and staff were nice. Fans and air-con were in the room. Bungalow ceiling was high with extra beds in the loft if you do group travel. You can do your own laundry or ask staff to do laundry for a little extra Vatu. 10 minutes to main road to catch a bus to get around.

Some wear and tear in the bungalow, room floor got dusty every morning from termites I think. But it's such an overall lovely stay and great price we didn't mind.

Great price in a great location - walk downtown or just a few minutes on bus. Lovely private garden with harbour views, swimming poole, wi- fi . Host Ian is a great source for info and local travel tips, and can make things happen. Also good for longterm visitors as has self catering facilities.

Facilities a little old but this is vanuatu

Good location a bit south of central Port Vila in a nice neighborhood. Walking distance to an excellent Au Bon Marche supermarket (the one in central PV doesn't hold a candle). I was upgraded to the waterside bungalow--very comfortable with a full little kitchen and huge bathroom. Very, very steep hill (the owner actually drove me and my luggage down at check in) but lovely garden and loved the sound of the water lapping just outside my lodging. Super friendly; booked me a scuba dive over the phone. I used one of their kayaks (not see-through but better) to explore the bay/inlet--very calm water but not recommended to swim there (I didn't use the pool)

Our cottage was very spacious with a well equipped kitchen, the pool and the gardens were lovely. Our hosts couldn't do enough for us. Thank you Ian and Olie.

We were near the road so we heard a lot of noise especially on Friday night.

Ian the host is an impeccable host and more reliable than my bed. If the man can help you he will go out of his way to help you and never ever ask for a thing in return. He is a role model host for the South Pacific.

Considering 2 category 4 cyclones passed through the area a few days before I arrived and I had a clean dry bed and room, hot water to take a shower, electricity and Wi-Fi there is nothing I didn’t like about staying here.
